This spacious, ground floor 3 bed, 3 bath, luxury holiday rental apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and sleeps up to six. This is a wonderful location to relax and is ideal for families and for golf enthusiasts. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with 3 en suite bedrooms. The attractive lounge diner leads onto a large terrace with sea view. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is Wi-Fi and internet TV. The urbanization is pleasantly laid out with tropical gardens, sea and mountain views and two swimming pools. The apartment has secure underground parking and a store room for golf clubs. The beach is a short walk and has a highly recommended restaurant. The nearby town of Sabinillas, a genuine Spanish fishing village has markets every Friday and Sunday. Sabinillas also has a good selection of shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. The promenade boasts a children’s play area and a wide sandy beach. There are over 40 golf courses within a 30 minute radius.

Simon and I have 2 daughters in their twenties who have enjoyed Most of their childhood holidays in Spain.

We stay at the apartment 3-4 times a year.

We had a lovely time, your apartment is super, so spacious, great view,s We loved the terraces. As two families holidaying together we didn't have to be on top of each other all the time, we could sit out on another terrace. We swam every day, no need to book your sun bed!! Walked to the beach, took the children to the park and just relaxed. worked for one hour one day,. So many thanks for sharing your lovely place.

Fantastic holiday

This appartment is high decorated, has a very good location, is childfriendly, quiet surroundings with fantastic gardens and swimmingpools. In the evening it is lovely to see the sun go down and you can hear the sea from the terrace! Also distance to other places like Estepona, it only takes 8 minutes by car. If you like to go to a place where you want to feel yourself "home", I think that this is the right appartement for you to have your holiday!!

Fantastic Apartment

Well what can I say WOW what an apartment, from the moment we enquired the response was first class, even when the money transfer was done, Raina was quick to say she had received payment, unlike other villa / apartments we have rented where you had to chase it up, we had no worries at all. The directions Raina gave from the airport to the apartment was easy to follow, Alan the agent even e mailed us before we left to say where he would meet us and he was there with a friendly handshake, to show us around the place. I agree with one of the reviews if you have a large rental car getting into the underground garage is a bit tight The apartment it self was like home from home, every thing you need, kitchen well equip, especially when we had a chef on board. TV took a little bit of getting use to, but once you get the hang of it, then it wasn't to bad. Bedrooms all very comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was more then luxurious, and endless supply of hot water. The area around the apartment was quite and the gardens in the complex are well looked after. Car is essential for getting around, we visited Sevilla, Ronda, Tarifa, Gibraltor, Casares are just a few, and with a taxi rank down the road for 15 Euros went to Estepona for a meal at night, so every one could have a few drinks & didn't have to worry about the driving, we were spoiled for restaurants. Not only is the area good for golf but is good for bird watching. Being a bird watcher myself I managed to scrap in a few sites. La Fuente de Piedra is an oasis, and a must along with Guadiario Estuary at Sotogrande & the sand dunes. To the left hand side of the apartment is a small wooded area that opens up to a wild flower meadow and great opportunity to do a bit of bird watching before breakie. In 11 days my mate and I managed to get 110 different species. Overall we had a great holiday, in a fantastic apartment and a lovely location. Thank you Raina & Simon for letting us have your apartment. We will be back.

Nice and spacious apartment, very cozy, ...just like in the pics

very cool and quiet area ,really enjoyed my stay during easter...(semana santa)

kids loved the place .Apartment is fully equiped has everything you may need.

shopping stores and beach within distance but probably may need a car.

Highly recomended

looking foward to repeat in summer if possible

Ideal Luxury Apartment - as advertised

The apartment is large and, as well as each of the three bedrooms having their own bathrooms, there is also an additional toilet facility. The kitchen is compact but fully functional, while the open plan lounge / dining room is spacious and leads out onto part of the extremely generous balcony / patio space. The apartment was very clean, and so were the shared parts of the building.

There are good views but no sea view and parking in the building's garage with a large car is feasible, but only with care.

As regards location, it is well situated for the many golf courses along the Costa del Sol, and is especially close to Finca Cortesin, one of the jewels in the area. The apartment is a short walk to the local restaurant facilities, beach and town, and there are taxis easily available should you wish to go further without driving.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Great home exactly as on the pictures

Perfect apartment with lots of space for the 5 of us. It was clean an well maintained. The garden and pool area is also very nice.When we had a problem with the tv, we got help within 1 hour. It was really nice to be able to walk to the beach were you find several restaurants. The grocery shopping is 5 min away by car. The neighborhood is very peaceful too. Location of the apartment is good for visits by car to Gibraltar, Alhambra, Ronda, Malaga and lots of shopping. We would recommend a stay for families with children who need space to play indoor, adults who enjoy to cook on the outdoor grill or use the big kitchen or someone who just want nice surroundings and relaxation with easy access to sightseeing and good restaurants.

Malaga summerholiday

first impressions matter and driving to the house with beautiful scenery was already a fantastic feeling. Very warm and friendly welcome from Allan.

The house had everytthing we wanted nothing lacking!

Had a great stay in the appartment.

It took us a couple of days to find the right beaches because we love hanging out on the beach reading and swimming.

The last week we went boardsurfing near Cadiz not far, at Zahora de los Atunes.

Where we found a wonderfull golden sandy beach with great clear water and a nice wave.

The best holiday ever....

The luxurious, gated development of Majestic Hills is located in Casares Costa, minutes from the Spanish white washed mountain village of Casares and the local fishing village of Sabinillas. Endless stretches of quiet sandy beaches and chiringuitos (beach restaurants) are within walking distance. There is a beautiful marina in the nearby port of Duquesa which also has many restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops.

The Finca Cortesin beach club, spa hotel and golf course (home to the Volvo world matchplay golf championship) are within 2 km.

The nearest town is Estepona where you can find weekend markets and a more lively Spanish atmosphere you can take a short drive to Marabella, Puerto Banus or Gibraltar.

Golf: The Costa del Sol has the largest concentration of golfing facilities in Europe and is now commonly referred to as The Costa del Golf.

There are over 40 courses in the short stretch of coast between Malaga and Gibraltar ranging from a 9 hole work out on your short game to a gruelling trek on a mountainside testing your abilities to the limit.

The European PGA headquarters at San Roque is nearby.
