The location is ideal, being close to the lovely village of Westhampton Beach and a life guarded beach yet totally private and exclusive. A unique home that boasts clear views of the Ocean and the Bay. Sunup and Sundown. This home is for someone that demands the best standard in true oceanfront Hamptons properties.

You can tour the wineries, Southhampton, Easthampton and Sag Harbor easily, but once you arrive my experience is no one wants to leave! There are multiple streaming Tv's , built in music and 5 1/2 baths plus an outdoor heated shower, Sauna and Steam room. Walk out onto a beautiful white sand wide beach fully stocked with beach chairs, boogy boards, bicycles, towels, umbrellas. Truly nothing finer available. Premium linens bedding. and towels. No groups please., no pets Strictly Families Only..
