The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Nice, in a luxury residence with secure underground parking, 2 private pools (adults and small children) and community garden.

Easy access and close to all amenities, the port (10 minutes walk) from the old town (15 minutes walk) with its friendly shops and restaurants, supermarkets (10 'walk Intermarché and Carrefour) and from the sea (500m), at 1St floor of a building with 4 floors garage and 4 floors of apartments, so it's actually ... the 5th floor, offering panoramic views of the sea, the Bay of Angels, the Port, the old castle of Nice and the city!

Access to the sea is fast (10 minutes walk), with small green and flowering streets.

The interior, comfortable, has been completely refurbished

(June 2012).

The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, with secure private parking and utilities included (water, electricity, air conditioning or heating depending on the season)

To get to the apartment from the airport:

- From the airport by bus:

take bus 98 or 99 (depending on the terminal your plane) to the "bus station" in the old town, where you can take 2 buses to the apartment: line 81 (direction St Jean Cap Ferrat) or line 100 (direction Menton / Monaco). Get off at the bus stop SAINT AIGNAN, about 800m after the port. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you get a bus directly to check-in or must wait until the next.

- From the airport by taxi:

a taxi to / from the airport costs € 30-35 (depending on the number of luggage and travel time) and lasts 20-30 minutes, depending on the time and circulation.

To discover Nice and / or travel without car:

- From the bus stop SAINT AIGNAN, facing the apartment, lines 81 and 100 will take you to the Old Town in 5 minutes (a bus every 15-20 minutes).

- If you like walking: allow 10 minutes to get to the port (Vieux Port) and 15 minutes to Piazza Garibaldi, the start of the city center and old town where you will find many shops (crafts, souvenirs, clothing, luxury. ..), tapas bars and small restaurants very friendly.

Place Garibaldi, there is also the tram 'that connects the most important places in Nice (shopping, cultural, tourist spots, railway and bus stations, cinemas ...), the supermarket' Monoprix 'and movies' Mercury' (nearest 15 minutes walk).

The nearest supermarkets:

- 'Intermarché' on to the port at the apartment (Boulevard Lech Walesa) or 'Carrefour' a 10-minute walk (850m) above the Boulevard Carnot (direction Villefranche)

- Both are open from 8:30 to 8:30 p.m., with free delivery in the apartment for any purchase over 75 € (also possibility of internet ordering).

For people who have a car: Beware the garage height is 198 cm (if you have a trunk roof, consider disassemble before entering the garage!)

For disabled people: all common are easily accessible (ramps) but beware of the elevator dimensions are 80 cm x 145 cm, which is not suitable for all wheelchairs.

Well kitted out apartment with stunning view

We loved staying here in August 2017. The apartment comes with everything you need to be comfortable and the view from the balcony is something else - if you enjoy watching ships and aircraft you're in for a treat!

The pool is conveniently located just one floor below and is kept clean and safe, it's a great place to cool down, relax or even speak to fellow holiday makers or residents.

The location is away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but easily accessible via bus, tram, foot or bike. The only downside to the location is the hill leading up to it from the port. Walking up that with our shopping on a hot day was not fun, fortunately the pool was just a few metres away to recover afterwards!

One tip: Don't get a taxi here. We did and not only did we get ripped off but it was a scary experience. Get the tram to Garabaldi (easy from the train station) and the 81, 30 or 100 bus from there - they all stop right outside and at just 1 euro 50 per ticket are brilliantly priced!

For our second visit to Nice, we chose this apartment for its views, the pool, and proximity to the old town. We were not disappointed. Everything is exactly as described. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfect for our needs. We arrived to a warm welcome from the lovely Noelle who showed us around. The view is to die for - even more amazing at night. Watching the sun go down each evening was spectacular.

The walk to the port takes about ten minutes (uphill on the way back but a small price to pay for the fabulous view) We used the Velo Bleu bikes all week - great way to get around. Cycled the full length of the Promenade and back and also cycled to the Matisse Museum and Roman ruins at Cimiez - both well worth seeing.

The owner was excellent to deal with, answered emails promptly and returned our security deposit as soon as we got home. Nice is a beautiful place - can't wait to go back again.

Incredible apartment

This apartment was an absolute joy to stay in. It is exactly per the pictures, tastefully decorated and neat and tidy. It is an ideal size for a holidaying couple and has all of the ammenitites you need on holidays. The pool is nice and quiet and the parking is very secure.

I would definitely advise this apartment to anyone. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and returned the security deposit almost immediately after our departure. If I am travelling to Nice again I will stay here.

Super ! A conseiller vivement!

Superbe appartement, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Propreté irréprochable, terrasse spacieuse avec vue imprenable dont on ne se lasse pas. Petit + non négligeable : l'arrêt du bus qui sillonne toute la côte se situe juste en face de l'immeuble. Et en prime la sympathie du propriétaire ! A conseiller vivement !

Panorama impagabile

L'appartamento è piccolino, ma molto ben curato. In cucina non manca praticamente nulla, anzi direi che ci sono più cose che nella mia! C'è il piano cottura a induzione, quindi avviso gli italiani che vi soggiorneranno: portatevi una moka per quel tipo di piano cottura! C'è la macchina del caffè a cialde, ma il caffè che ne esce è più sull'americano.

Tende da sole e tapparelle automatiche, ascensore che dal garage ti porta al primo piano, dov'è l'appartamento.

Balcone con vista mozzafiato sul porto e la Promenade Des Anglais. Piscina grande e piccola per bimbi con acqua un po' freddina, ma nel pomeriggio, quando ci batte il sole, si sta magnificamente.

C'è addirittura un carrellino per fare la spesa, ho capito il motivo della sua presenza dopo la prima spesa senza usarlo! Il supermercato più vicino è a una decina di minuti a piedi sia verso il centro che verso il monte: in tutti e due i casi c'è una salita e una discesa da fare che senza carrellino muori!

La zona è molto tranquilla e ideale per un soggiorno in relax. in mezz'ora di auto sei a Monte Carlo e in 40 minuti a piedi, andando con molta calma, sei alla Promenade.

Ma la vera forza di questo appartamento è Noelle, una signora gentilissima e disponibile che ti accoglie all'arrivo e ti sa dare indicazioni precise su tutto quello di cui hai bisogno; davvero adorabile!

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Moderne, confortable et très bien équipé, avec une terrasse qui vous offre une magnifique vue sur la mer et une partie du port. Nous y avons pris tous nos repas, quel bonheur ! De plus, il dispose d'un garage, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Nice ! Il est facile de rejoindre le port et les commerces à pied. Le propriétaire est très attentif au bien-être de ses locataires et n'hésite pas à les contacter. Merci aussi à Madame Noëlle qui vous accueille et qui est très disponible. Location à recommander.
