The calm and serenity of this villa will invite you to enjoy a great holiday in the Riviera sun, happiness! You will live in a beautiful house dating from the 30s and completely restored, situated in an impasse of a quiet neighborhood, very close to the city, the old town and beaches.

Your apartment consists of 3 main rooms occupying the entire floor of the villa with totally independent access by an outside staircase leading to a balcony

The entrance opens onto a large living room with kitchen, open on a 12m2 veranda overlooking the garden

Wifi throughout the house, 117cm flat screen TV with many French and foreign channels (English, German, ...)

2 bedrooms (one bed in 160cm and 140cm in the other)

Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC

The apartment is quiet and well insulated (double glazing, thermal curtains air conditioning)

You have a parking space (rare commodity in Antibes)

Public transport is close, but everything is done on foot, we are just 200m from Place de Gaulle with its shops and its fountains; down the street of the republic by the old gate of France, it is already in the old town which will envelop you with its charm, the Provencal market, the ramparts, Port Vauban, the free commune Safranier)

The highlight, besides the standard of the apartment, with air conditioning, WiFi access, parking, location is very close walk from the center of Antibes, 200m from the shops, 800m from the sea, also very close to the old town, Provencal market, the Picasso Museum, the Vauban port, the railway station, while being in the quiet residential neighborhood Bel Air (house on a dead end)

5 Star Accommodation

Carlsberg don't do accommodation but if they did it this would probably be it!

This is First Class accommodation and probably the best place I have stayed.

It is spotlessly clean, stylish, very well decorated and maintained to a very high standard. It is a large bright and airy top floor Villa in a superior location. It is very well equipped with linen, towels, very comfortable beds, great shower, lovely outdoor space, it has everything (wifi, A/C, washing machine and dishwasher, powder included).

While you don't need to hire a care due to

the wonderful location and close proximity of the property to transport a free parking space is available, a rarity in Antibes.

The location is perfect, close to the main train station, less than 1km from sandy beach and near the old town with many great restaurants and the famous market.

Jean Pierre is a perfect host. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Collecting us from the airport from our late night flight, leaving chilled wine and beer in the fridge and also taking us on a tour of Antibes the following morning to point out the places of interest and good restaurants. He is a most amazing host, helpful and charming and in no way intrusive.

I would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Einfach TOP!

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Antibes verbracht. Als eine 4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Kindern (6 und 9) haben wir uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Unterkunft ist ziemlich modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Veranda, mit einem schönen Ausblick zum Garten von Nachbarn. Die Kinder haben sich ganz wohl in ihrem Kinderzimmer gefühlt. Das Bad und die Toilette sind sauber und mit allen nötigen Untersilien ausgestattet (große Spiegel, Fön, Seife, Raumduft, viele Badetücher usw.).

Das Haus befindet sich in de Nähe vom Zentrum, jedoch an der ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir haben fast jeden Abend schöne Spaziergänge zur Fussgängerzone und zum Meer gemacht.

Der Vermieter ist ein ganz netter Mensch, der sehr gastfreundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ist. Er hat sich stets bemüht, dass wir uns bei ihm wohl fühlten.

Also, diesen Unterkunft kann man nur weiter empfehlen, und wir hoffen, dass wir selber noch mal ein paar schöne Tage da verbringen werden.

We have just spent a week in May and everything was ideal, the apartment, the location, and the host. Couldn’t really be better, the pictures show everything

The light and airy apartment is in a recently renovated old house, and is both tasteful and functional.

There are two terraces for different times of the day, one indoor and one outdoor, and a garden with outside dining table, sun loungers and barbecue. The beds are very comfortable good sized bedrooms, and a wonderful shower.

The house is in quiet road but within easy walking distance of the centre of Antibes and its old town with an excellent range of shops and restaurants, a fantastic market, and of course the sea. Wonderfully easy to get around the region by public transport with buses - all rides are just 1 euro - or trains to other towns and cities along the coast to Juan Les Pins, Cannes, Biot, Nice and Monaco.

Finally, and very importantly, Jean-Pierre is a great host, warm and welcoming, but discreet! He lives in the bottom of the house with his family and is there if you need him for any help or advice.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in Antibes

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Anitbes verbracht.

Die Ferienwohnung war in allen Belangen optimal.

Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, sehr liebevoll

eingerichtet und gepflegt.

Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Pierre konnte nicht besser sein.

Jean-Pierre war sehr hilfsbereit (kleine Stadtführung inclusive)

und freundlich.

Die Unterkunft hat 5 Sterne verdient *****

Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

The descriptions are accurate. The house is best equipped and clean.

Jean-Pierre is a generous and discreet owner who goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

The house is well cared and on a great location so you can go walking everywhere in Antibes.

The location allowed us to enjoy the beach and other cities of the French Riviera like Nice, Monaco or Cannes (by train).

Without a minute hesitation, we would recommend this apartment.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ausreichen Platz für 4 Personen vorhanden.

Das Angebot von dem Vermieter Jean-Pierre, uns Antibes zu zeigen, haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Dadurch habe wir ein paar Geheimtipps bekommen (Restaurants, Sehenswertes etc.).

Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.
