This beautiful 3 to 5 bedroom townhouse is set on the prestigious Golden Mile in a gated complex of the Andalucian style. Set in lush, green gardens the complex is a quiet and peaceful place but with practically everything you could need on your doorstep.

The luxurious Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotels are just a few hundred metres away and from here you can follow the marble ‘paseo’ promenade along the beach for a 15 minute walk in either direction to the bustling town of Marbella or to fashionable Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, designer boutiques and nightlife.

The townhouse benefits from sea views as well as panoramic views of ‘La Concha’ Mountain close by.

Golf: Arco Iris is perfectly positioned for all year round golfing holidays. There are plenty of golf courses close to the Golden Mile, around Marbella and Puerto Banus. The climate is perfect for all year round golfing.

You can choose to rent just the house (3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 6) or for a small extra charge you can also incorporate the annexe (total 5 bed, 4 bath, sleeps 10) which is formed as a basement apartment below the house and connected to the ground floor large L shaped terrace via stairs. Both the house and the apartment annexe have their own kitchen, diner and living areas making this ideal for two families to have their own privacy when required but also to be able to join each other on the terrace for meals or when using the pool area. Please note that we do NOT let the apartment annexe separately. The townhouse is set over 3 floors (4 floors incorporating apartment annexe). The main double bedroom is on the top floor with its own balcony offering sea views and ensuite bathroom featuring Jacuzzi bath and WC. The next floor down features two other bedrooms – one double with ensuite featuring Jacuzzi bath and WC and the other being a twin bedroom with own balcony overlooking gardens.

Why Tony Beckwith chose West Costa del Sol

We bought this property because it is in such a wonderful area. Close to the Golden Mile, the beach is a short walk away and the famous Marbella Club Hotel is just down the road. This really is a very fine area and situated halfway between Marbella and Puerto Banus.

What makes this house unique

The most unique thing about our property is that it is a house and apartment all in one building. Ideal for two families as each family has their own private lounge and kitchen but can share the large terraces which are ideal for lunch/drinks whilst taking in the sea and mountain views.

Very nice property close to the golden mile

We spent one week end of March with 4 adults and two children (18 months) in Tony's house. It is a very nice, well maintained and quiet property. The big garden is secured and has a nice (large) swimming pool. The house is well equipped and functional which was highly appreciated as we travelled with children. There are two patios with lots of chairs, sun loungers, two tables and a barbeque and children can play safely as they cannot escape from the patio.

The house is close to the golden mile where we went for a run in the morning on the nice promenade (20 minutes to Marbella centre, 20 minutes to Puerto Banus). The beaches are very nice; the children enjoyed a lot playing in the sand.

Even if we had a very sunny week, in March it was quite cold in the morning and at night. As there was only one heater it was a bit cold the first nights. Also, due to the open construction of the house we were missing sometimes a bit of sound insulation at night when one of the children woke up. However, I think this is quite common for houses in Spain and we would definitely recommend Tony's house and we would return without hesitation.

The contact with Tony, Simon and Debbie and her husband on-site was very quick, reactive and they were very charming. Thank you!

Fabulous holiday house in great location

We had such a great stay at Arco Iris. Situated in beautiful grounds with lovely trees and flowers as you walk through towards the house.

The house is absolutely beautiful and spotless. It's fully equipped with everything you could need, including cots and highchair, having a baby and a toddler they were so useful.

We spent hours lounging around the table on the super large sunny patio, it was perfect for having meals and sitting out in the evening enjoying a glass of wine!

We walked down the big hill to the beach a couple of times during our stay and ate in a few of the beach restaurants. Had a great meal in a place called Milla.

Mostly, we just enjoyed hanging round the fab pool that is seconds from the house!

All in all a really wonderful short break, we had such a great time. Thank you!!

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing, amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at Arco Iris. Me, my wife and my four year old son all had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for travelling up and down Costa Del Sol and for enjoying the high life at Puerto Banus.

Icons Iris a fantastic time

Myself, my wife and small son aged just 3 had a fantastic time at Arcos Iris. The place is huge so we enjoyed loving the life of luxury just three of us in a villa built for so many. The complex is beautiful and the location great for Marbella, Peurto Banus and all of Del Sol. We were sad to go home.

perfect location, perfect for a group or a family

I would recommend Arco Iris to a group or family. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The pool area was lovely as was the terrace - outside space to relax was in plentiful supply.

Instructions for getting to the villa and for everything we needed whilst we were there were excellent. Getting around was easy - we walked into Marbella in 30 mins but used taxis a lot of the time as they were very cheap and efficient.

We experienced one issue with one of the toilets (the flush continually running) but this was very quickly resolved by the management company.

The customer service from the owner was excellent.

Overall highly recommended.
