Wynnum is the closest seaside suburb to Brisbane city and is on the edge of beautiful Moreton Bay with its sheltered waters, boating, fishing and other water sports.
At 16 Pine Street you can watch the sunrise from the large entertainment deck at the rear of the house, or you can sit in bed in the master bedroom, looking out through the french doors at the beautiful sea view. The prevailing sea breezes flow through the open french doors and keep the house lovely and cool, even in hot weather.
We are located just 60m from the Esplanade with its continuous grassy parkland, barbecue areas, playgrounds and walking/cycling pathways. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance and many others only a short drive away. We share the same waterfront as Manly Marina, only 2 km to drive or walk. Manly pool and the Wynnum wading pool are also close by.
If shopping is your favourite thing we are two short blocks from Edith Street (Wynnum’s main street), about 3 minutes drive from Wynnum Plaza, and 15 minutes away from the Westfield shopping centre at Carindale. Brisbane city is about 25 minutes away by car or you can catch a train there from Wynnum station. Brisbane International Airport (and the DFO shopping centre) is only 20 minutes away and we are very close to the Port of Brisbane. We are reasonably centrally located between the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, which can easily be accessed by road or train.
This modern selfcontained house can be rented as either three or four bedrooms. We can provide extra beds (a fee will apply per extra bed). There is an en suite off the main bedroom. There are 2 living areas that could be used as extra sleeping areas if required.
