Situated on the Heritage Highway only 20 minutes from Launceston, 13 minutes from the Launceston airport and 1 hour from Devonport, this beautiful cottage offers the ideal getaway for couples and families wanting the peace and quiet of a rural setting without leaving the city.
The World Heritage Listed Convict sites, Woolmers and Brickendon Colonial Farm Village, and the National Rose Garden are all within a 10-minute drive of the cottage.
Main bedroom with queen sized bed, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with a single bed. To keep you cosy in winter, all beds have electric blankets and additional fleecy blankets.
There is ample off-street parking, and gates on both sides of the garden, making it suitable for children.
The living room has a 55-inch flat screen TV with access to Netflix and free to air channels, and a multi-region DVD player. There is a wide range of reading material, board games and puzzles to keep you entertained when you’re not out exploring. For those travelling with young children there is a porta cot and high chair on site.

There is a six-piece outdoor setting where you can relax while taking in the enchanting garden with its fruit trees, roses and lavender. The back drop to this setting is the historic Old Mill Complex.
