It comfortably sleeps 6 people (but if needed there's a great sofa bed for another two). This makes it ideal for both families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway, in arguably Victoria’s best surf coast location.
The golf clubhouse has a great restaurant, which also offers takeaway coffees and pizzas. There are many more cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and the surf shops close by. Guests have access to an outdoor pool and playground, just a 5 minute walk from the house.
The house has everything you need for a great stay. Comprising 2 large bedrooms upstairs with 1x king bed and 2x bunks.
Downstairs it's open plan living, the lounge has a huge couch, a double sofa-bed, complete with a luxury mattress topper. Foxtel has over 30 channels including the movie channels, plus lots of DVD's. The dining area is next to the fully equipped kitchen, with European appliances and stone benchtop. A great courtyard completes the downstairs with a comfy outdoor seating and a gas BBQ.
There’s 2 full bathrooms, and a further toilet/sink downstairs. Plus 2 car parks.

NOTE: for the double bed/sofa bed, if you want to use the properties bedding/linen, please advise when booking and this will be made available (a one off charge will be advised for this, or bring your own linen for double bed only).
Barbecue - please ensure that the barbecue is left clean/how you found it. If not left clean a cleaning amount will be deducted from your bond
The house can’t be booked to host private parties and functions. And sorry, no schoolies please.
Minimum night’s stay applies.
• Low and mid-season 2 nights minimum
• Christmas, NY and Easter 4 nights minimum
• Long weekends and peak season 3 nights minimum (unless lower agreed by owner)
As per booking instructions, there are no pets allowed. The only exception is small dogs, but this must have been agreed prior to booking.
Please respect our neighbours and turn down music by 11.30pm.
No smoking in the house please.
BREAKAGES AND LINEN/TOWELS
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately, so we can replace it - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later, and we will use your damage deposit money to cover the agreed cost. The damage deposit will be released after your stay subject to satisfactory condition report provided by the cleaner. The linen and towels have been supplied for your convenience, but as they are white, please don’t take them with you or use them to remove make up! Replacement charges will again be taken from your damage deposit, should the towels and linen be unusable as a result from staining.
LEAVING THE PROPERTY AS YOU FOUND IT
Short-term lettings are covered the same way as a full-time tenancy agreement from the REIV, so the house must be left in the same way as you found it in. If you notice any damage when you arrive, please let Phil know ASAP
