Beach house with 180 degree ocean views, a spacious backyard garden and a stunning veranda to watch the whales migrate.

The Space
This beautiful home features four bedrooms, a modern kitchen and plenty of space for up to seven guests. Guests will also have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi , kitchen amenities and a washing machine. Children are welcome to stay.
Fresh bath towels are provided and linen.
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the garden, and amenities such as kitchen supplies, and washing machine.

Located just a 10 minute drive away from Cowes and a 14 minute drive to Penguin Parade, guests can completely immerse themselves in the laid-back Victorian beach culture. Cowes features plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars if you fancy an evening out during your stay. The Phillip Visitor Centre is only a 8 minute drive from the property, where you can find the best information about what to see and do from the locals.

On the surf Beach , with views

This property is larger than you think for entertaining. great kitchen, fully stocked and a superb location. no more than 10 min driver anywhere on the island

We loved it so much the first time we came back again

As the title of this review suggests it, we holidayed here previously. Our first time in Sunderland Bay made a real impression on us so we did not hesitate to come back again. And we were not disappointed. The property was just as we remembered it,very comfortable, with the host just as gracious. We had a great time. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

Stunning views

We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to go home. The views were amazing, the house had everything we needed and accommodated 6 adults 1 teen perfectly. The beach was right in front of us, there was also wallaby’s and rabbits as regular visitors too which we loved. Bill and Rhonda left us chocolates on arrival which was so lovely and there communication was fantastic. Highly rate our stay and look forward to returning again for another holiday. Loved it!

A lovely homely stay, with a great view

A lovely home away from home. Wonderful view from upstairs. Great Deck. Comfortable beds. Very clean home, well stocked kitchen. Lots of lovely little homely touches left by the hosts. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Very much appreciated the early check in! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Thank you :)
