Very private jewel, 'TUSCANY' in LA. Post and beam recently updated, floor to ceiling windows, So Cal living with sun dappled patios for outdoor living shared with hummingbirds and fruit trees. 5 Balconies/sun decks. Secluded sun-drenched pool.

Modern decor throughout, 3 Beds all en suite, further Powder Room, Media Room, Indoor/Outdoor eating.

This house is unique in that it's wonderful rural charm is only minutes away from the hub-bub of Hollywood. It has great entertaining space, tranquil, and set in a breathtaking scenario. An array of great restaurants, Starbucks, Banks, Post Office etc. is within a mile away at the Beverly Glen Centre.

Perfect hideaway from the paparazzi yet share the Post Office with your favorite stars.

For those of an adventurous spirit we also own a sailing boat. You can charter a beautiful 47ft sloop that sleeps 6. Perfect for a trip to Catalina. We can provide a skipper or, you can charter direct. Feel free to ask.

The property has great musical bones. Bought from an opera singer she had previous guests that included Benjamin Britten & Peter Pears. More recently John's guests have included Michel Le Grande, the writers of Ed Sheeran's current record, well known writers, actors and Producers.

Quiet. Zen like creative space. Very suitable for Artists of all sorts.

The house is gorgeous and on a breathtaking site. John and Sue were terrific hosts and have set the house up perfectly for guests. We can’t wait to stay here again. It’s truly magical.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Views, and Wonderful Hosts

My family of four and I stayed here for a week while my two children attended a summer camp at nearby UCLA. The property was perfect for us, with proximity to great restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. The pool and outdoor areas were quiet with fantastic vistas and complete privacy. John was a gracious host who recommended several restaurants that each lived up to his billing. We can't wait to stay here again.

Piece of paradise

We loved our stay! This home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close to great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Very clean and comfortable. The Campbells were gracious hosts and helped to make us feel right at home! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing setting, perfect for our family.

John has an amazing place. It's instant relaxation. Very nicely decorated, especially if you have a modern aesthetic. The layout is cool too, the kids or another couple/family stay in almost a separate side of of the house. The pool is an added bonus, even in cooler temps it was warm. We loved just lounging around, hanging outside and enjoying the Cali sun. It definitely felt secluded but close enough to whatever we needed (groceries, sbux, etc.). Highly recommend if you are looking to stay more central in LA.

Spacious, Open-floor Canyon Perch above the fray

We were visiting LA from SD for a special event in the city.

We used to live in LA so are well acquainted with the area choosing it for its proximity to both the LA and the Valley as well as the beaches and the museums Perfect for a family reunion, while some also had business to attend.

It’s so convenient for hikes, beaches, restaurants, museums, Hollywood…we easily ticked every box on our To Do List.

The owners stated that the kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated, and all was completed stylishly. It was clean and kept up with great support from the owner. Nicely decorated. Easy and comfortable.

Definitely would come back again.

Cleaning Fee £238.24

No groups of more than 8 max. Not suitable for parties, weddings, or other events that would require parking of more than 4 cars.
For stays longer than 7 days - a weekly clean is required to upkeep the standard of the property. This is payable by the renter direct to the cleaning crew. Laundry is not included (but can be an added extra) in the fee of $150 with each clean.PLEASE NOTE : ANY CHARGES THAT ARE INCURRED BY THE USEAGE OF CREDIT CARDS OR ANY FEES CONNECTED WITH BOOKINGS WILL BE PAID BY THE RENTER AND WHERE NECESSARY DEDUCTED FROM ANY DEPOSIT.
