About this property

Cosy Cottage - close to town

This " Cosy Cottage" is full of character and charm! The unique furniture and antiques add to this cottage's comfortable, homely atmosphere. The location is quiet, close to town and within walking distance of a kid-friendly restaurant / popular Hotel, The "Palm and Pawn Hotel ", and the great North Shore cafe. The kitchen has ample appliances: Nutri Bullet, a coffee machine, a Blender, a sandwich toaster, a popcorn machine, and so much more. High chair, cot also if needed. There are two good-sized bedrooms and a smaller one. The cottage includes an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen and a separate sitting sunroom area out back with an extra TV ( and toys, ample games and books for kids). Outside is an undercover BBQ area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining accompanied by a fire bucket. There is also a ping pong table outside with bats and balls. A great hit!

I can also offer babysitting if you would like. Please message me for details. We respect the neighbours and do not allow very late parties; however, we encourage you to enjoy the space during your stay with respect for others. This cottage accommodates everyone:

* 3 Minutes drive to the Main Street of Wagga Wagga
* 8 Minutes to Charles Sturt University.
* 15-minute drive to Kapooka
* 3 Minutes drive to the trotting track
* 5 Minutes drive to the Racing track
* 15-minute drive to the Airport.

I can also offer bikes to ride, as I have four kids; message me to make the trip easier by packing less. We would love to see you enjoy the " Cosy Cottage".

Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
Thank you

Great eclectic little cottage
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quirky little place in a lovely quiet location. Kitchen was a little basic but kids loved the table tennis table and also the horses and cows nearby. Owner had excellent communication. Would happily stay again!

Lovely host and location
It's a lovely old place, it's just it is a bit old. I have a few allergies that maybe didn't like a bit of old house vibes. I think the kitchen and utensils could do with a little refresh. But it is a very quite and peaceful location right near the Uni and some pubs and the host is more than lovely.

Hi, the cottage is owned by an Australian family of six.
Both my husband and I grew up in small rural towns and now live here in Wagga.
Both working in the professional industry, we love to see this Cosy Cottage used.
I respond quickly to anything that may be needed or information on the area.
This is a quiet and very safe area; the location is spot-on and has everything you need.
I love seeing the Cosy Cottage enjoyed; it has everything you need. We also welcome short, long-term stayers.

Why they chose this property

I have owned this cottage for many years, which has given me great joy.
It has a real character, and everyone who stays loves it.
The area is very close to town, only a minute's drive to the main street with rural paddocks near this house. It is quiet, and the area is very quiet and safe.

What makes this property unique

The character of the Cosy cottage is great, with so much character. It is clean and presented well. Great outdoor setting and much more. Everyone who stays loves the Cosy Cottage. It's only minutes from town. It is a good space for mates or family to catch up or for the corporate person, anyone who likes a place with flair.
We again welcome short-term long stayers.
You will find the location so handy to everything, with a river walk not far away.
Please message me if you need any information about the area.
