This unit is semi-waterfront with a view of Blind Bay, access to a private dock and 135 feet of beach just across the road. The house comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer, and sleeps six adults with two bedrooms (a queen bed in each), one double Hide-A-Bed and one single futon. The house also boasts two beautiful decks that look out onto the lake, is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and a new 7-person hot tub.
There is a natural creek running through the property as well as a koi fish pond to enjoy. The property backs onto crown land which gives you access to miles and miles of trails to hike, quad, snow-mobile, snow shoe and cross country ski on.
There are many amenities close by, including Bayside Marina which has a great pub/restaurant and marine gas bar and boat launch. They rent all types of watercraft, including stand-up paddle boards, Sea-Doos, pontoon boats, ski boats, and watersport towables (wake-boards, etc).
Fins pub/restaurant is also nearby.

Pets are allowed once approved by owner.
Must be sociable as other animals (dogs and cats) live on the property.
Dogs must be kept on a leash while on property, though are allowed to run loose on the beach and the back trails.
Dogs should be reasonably quiet and well-mannered and cannot be left alone inside the house (unless kenneled), as this can lead to stress for the animal and potential damage to the unit.
