This very green slice of suburbia provides a quiet respite from the bustle of city Brisbane.

The unit is tiled throughout and the living area opens out to a tiled patio with a barbeque and garden for vegetables, herbs etc.

The kitchen has modern Meile equipment and the benches are Indian granite.

The heated pool is accessed through the security / safety gate and is maintained by the Owner.

Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, an ensuite and it opens out through french doors to the patio. Bedroom 2 has two king sized single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom and toilet.

Work station desks are available in each bedroom.

The unit is in easy walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Southbank is 15 minutes walk and the Goodwill Bridge provides access to QUT, the Botanical Gardens, and the CBD. In the other direction it is a similar distance and easy access to Princess Alexandra Hospital (south) and the University of Queensland (west) via the Eleanor Schonell Bridge.

Easy bus and train access.

Bicycles are available for personnel use.
