Pets are allowed on request. However only on the ground floor or in the external courtyard, plus a $100 extra cleaning fee will apply in all cases.
For relaxing out-doors we have a private rear courtyard (paved), plus outdoor seating for 8 people and a fantastic Weber Family Q BBQ supplied all gassed up and ready for your steak and sausages.
The property is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive from the heart of the Darwin CBD, Waterfront Precinct and both Parap Markets (Saturday morning only) and Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (Thursday and Sunday afternoons during the Dry Season).
Discount for stays of 7 nights or more is 10%, and 28 nights or more is 12.5%.
