Falcon 4x4 townhouse is a semi-detached holiday home with a barbecue, located 3 minutes walk from the centre of Falcon in the Peel Region. This property features views of the estuary and is 8km from Mandurah central.
There is a dining area, lounge, kitchen and laundry area as well as 4 bedrooms each with it's on bathroom and each bedroom has it's own door key. Towels and bed lined are supplied as well as barbecue facilities, cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, microwave, tv, dvd and more. An outdoor setting is on the patio which overlooks the estuary. The townhouse is airconditioned downstairs and all the upstairs rooms have ceiling fans.
This townhouse is 3 minutes walk from the main shopping centre, a popular local restaurant/bar, Cobblers, the award winning Miami Bakehouse Cafe, gym, chemist, an assortment of takeaway outlets plus small local restaurants and cafes.
The estuary is 50m from the Townhouse. The estuary provides plenty of safe fishing as there are no waves to contend with. The waters have Herring, Sand Whiting, Bream, Cobbler (catfish), Taylor, Garfish and the occasional bigger fish. It is also famous for blue swimmer crabs which can be caught easily usually during summer from late January to April.
There is a pathway directly out the front of the property which follows along the edge of the estuary with local parks and nature areas along the way.
There is a double garage along with additonal parking outside the townhouse.
