Located 5 minutes drive from MONA and 20 minutes from CBD, this spacious and spotless cottage offers comfortable, clean and modern accommodation, which has everything you need to feel at home. Large living room with French doors opens to a private deck, where you can enjoy the breakfast and watch native birds in the landscaped garden. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, double cook top, food processor, rice cooker and toaster. Roomy bathroom, separate toilet and a spacious bedroom with queen size bed will provide you with endless comfort. Off street parking is available.

City Express bus stop is 30 meters away, Claremont Shopping Centre 1,5 kilometre away. The back yard gate leads to a nature reserve with walking trails leading towards the Derwent River which is 5 minutes walk and easily accessible for people who are interested in fishing.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at this hideaway cottage. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and private. The owner Mark was lovely. Great apartment stay

The apartment is a stand alone Granny flat separate from the main house. It is fully self contained and very well maintained. The owner provides very ample breakfast supplies with a good variety of choices. There is a private garden deck too. The surrounding garden is very pretty and creates a true getaway feel ? so close to MONA and only 15-20minutes drive into the city. Highly recommend this stay.

Gorgeous Gardens, Generous Breakfast Supplies!

We were utterly delighted with our stay at this property. The owner Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with allowing us to pick fruit and vegetables from his garden as we wished. Breakfast supplies and fresh fruit were also very generously provided upon arrival. The accommodation was comfortable and private, with its own private deck and courtyard. It was very close to MONA and only a short drive to the shops at Claremont Plaza (Woolworths). Free wi-fi was provided too! You will not regret staying at this property and I can not recommend it highly enough! Thank you Mark for allowing us to spend time at your property, I'm sure we will be back!
