Neat easy care kid-friendly house in central location

Furnished in a comfortable modern style, this three bedroom house is the ideal place to spend long summer days or cool winter nights.

The living room is furnished with comfortable leather couches which are perfect for relaxing or watching movies on the flat screen television. On hand is a wood burning fire for those cosy winter nights, or reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house for all round cooling/heating.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space and storage and an open-plan dining area.

The main bedroom includes a queen size bed with en-suite (shower) and separate dressing room.

The second bedroom contains a double bed with built in cupboard and a computer desk with computer, printer and internet access.

The third bedroom contains 2 single bunk-beds ideal for children.

A second bathroom contains both a shower and bath and there is also a guest toilet leading off the laundry.

The kitchen includes modern stone benchtops, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, with appliances like fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. provided. Wifi is available throughout the house. The house can be accessed without any stairs through the double automatic garage. A large outside patio contains an outdoor dining table and gas barbeque.

The house itself is close (less than 1km) to a variety of grocery and other shops (and medical facilities), and 1km from Butler Train Station which gives direct access to the Joondalup shopping centre and the city centre. Jindalee beach and the Jindalee shopping district with doctors offices and take-away shops is close by.

Why Lize Louwrens chose Butler

The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood burning fireplace. It has high ceilings and the living room is large and open-plan with wall to wall windows which makes it look and feel nice and airy. There is a private patio with garden dining set under a shade sail to make use of those lazy sunny afternoons relaxing. Kids will be very happy with 2 single beds in a bunk-bed set-up. There is a computer with internet access and a printer if it should be needed, and limitless free wifi. Netflix is available for all those movie buffs or parents who need some cartoons to keep the kids busy, and there is a Wii with some games too.

Well equipped lovely property

We stayed here on arrival in Australia, the property was a base for us to start doing all the necessary things for us to live in Perth

It was ideal for what we needed, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for 4 (could accommodate 6), nice backyard and the owner let us store new furniture in the garage till we moved on

Would highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble and Lize was happy to provide us with rental references as necessary

Jindalee Beach

The house location is great, walking distance to the train station to Lakeside shopping district and less than 1km to the local shops, restaurants and medical facilities. Lovely Jindalee beach is close by and safe to swim at with clear white sand. Just a short drive away is Yanchep National Park with large lawns and BBQ facilities, walking tracks, bird watching and caves. It also has a great pub at one of the oldest hotels in the city with live music. Nearby golf courses at Carramar and Joondalup, kids play centers in Clarkson and Joondalup, Ten pin bowling in Joondalup, Mini Golf at Wanneroo Botanical Gardens and movies in Joondalup and Currambine are some of the great entertainment facilities within 15min drive from the house.
