Beautiful house, comfortable, modern, airy, with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. It has 3 double bedrooms, 1 suite with king-size bed, closet and cable TV. 1 bedroom with queen bed. 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed. Gourmet space with internal barbecue, integrating sale and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen, duplex refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave. Living room and tv. Cable TV in the room.
It is 50m from the sea, has outdoor area with nice balcony for sitting and relaxing, with sun loungers and hammocks. Garage for 5 cars.
Close to restaurants, markets, bakery and local shops.
Note: During Christmas and New Year, we only accept a minimum package of 8 days. Or call us to arrange. And in this package the daily rate is $ 900.00. Total of R $ 7,200. Plus $ 150 administration and cleaning fee.
Outside Christmas and New Year, the daily rate is $ 800.00.

Excelente!!

Eu e minha família ficamos encantados com a casa. Tudo muito organizado, limpo, confortável, eletrodomésticos que sempre usamos estavam lá. Ótima localização e ao mesmo tempo o lugar muito tranquilo. Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Pra quem quer descansar é o imóvel ideal. Nota 1000!
