There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each (sleeps 2 x 2) and one bedroom with a single trundle bed (sleeps 2). Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, built in robes to all bedrooms and a single renovated bathroom plus separate toilet.
The backyard is fully fenced with ‘battle axe” river access (4 m wide). This river access has a cozy waterfront deck which is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the waterfront lifestyle and river activities such as standup paddle boarding and kayaking. Otherwise enjoy the views on the deck during a BBQ, throw a line or watch the sun set.
This versatile and practical home is fantastic for friends, couples and families with kids. The back of the property is fully fenced and pet friendly.
The laundry includes a washing machine and a dryer.
Costs exclude linen and towels. However we are happy to organise making these available for $20pp.
Off street parking is available.
This holiday home is located in a prime position just 600m flat walk to the beach and esplanade so you can walk to the heart of Mooloolaba in minutes.
This home is positioned in a quiet street (with lovely neighbours!) and not suitable for loud parties or events.
There is a park directly across the street and both the Mooloolaba Bowls and Surf Club are nearby. A small shopping centre with a convenience store, baker, doctor, chemist, bottle shop and some take-away shops are just around the corner (200m away).
Local attractions such as Noosa, Hinterland scenery and towns like Maleny and Montville, Eumundi markets and Australia Zoo are all only about a 30 minutes drive away.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is only a 15 minute drive away.
The Sunshine coast is a large region and a car is recommended.
Bus services are in walking distance and a bike hire place is nearby - there are lots of great bike tracks and rivers to explore.
If you're coming from Brisbane Airport you can jump on the Airport Shuttle Bus which will deliver you to the door (ConXion).
Greyhound bus services to and from Brisbane, Byron Bay, Harvey Bay and Cairns.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a self contained one bedroom granny flat apartment attached to this home which we also own that is permanently rented. This apartment is separated by a block wall / carport and has it's own entry and yard on the other side of the house to maintain privacy.

- Please leave the house neat and tidy and in a reasonable condition, if it is not an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- We have lovely neighbours, we ask that you respectfully keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- No large groups for parties, schoolies etc. please.
