Guest Book: ** We fully enjoyed our holiday in Villa Alexia (Villa Relaxia as the children renamed it) and we wish to thank you for the fantastic services we received throughout the process. We will indeed think of you if any of our friends or ourselves will be needing accommodation in Cyprus.
Gitte (Oct 2007)**
Just to let you know we have returned from our holiday and would like to thank you for the use of your Villa . We had a great holiday excellent weather and great accommodation.
Absolutely no complaints except we had to come home ..
I speak for everyone when I say we enjoyed it so much that we more than likely will be wanting to re book for next year.

The property has all the facilities you require, just drive to the local supermarket for your favourite drinks and snacks and let your holiday begin.
The Villa has everything form a water coolant to a kebab stick in the kitchen. There are high chairs, plenty of toys to amuse small children in and out of the pool. There are board games and cards to stimulate the brain when you need some time in the shade. The DVD cupboard has a whole range of films to suit pretty much everybody everyone, but the internet TV allows you to catch up with most programmes. The book case has a selection of books if you run out of reading material.
There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron so you can definitely keep under your airline's luggage allowance.
The house is clean and well maintained with a reasonable sized pool and lovely gardens with plenty of sun beds.
Ellie who owns the property is lovely, she is prompt with responses to your questions and is happy to advise you on anything relating to the villa and its surroundings.
There are some great places to eat within a 20 minute car ride from the villa, so car hire is essential to get the best and will save in the long term on taxi fees and giving you the flexilibilty to come and go as you please.
Kathy and Bill who are your contact's while at the Villa are a fantastic asset, they certainly helped make our holiday all the better. An English couple who have lived out in Cyprus for eight years and so can help you with most issues you may have during your stay in Cyprus. They definitely for us got the balance of being there but leaving you to it perfectly right.
We would recommend this villa and would consider going back without hesitation

We had a lovely stay at Villa Alexia. We had a 3 year old and a 87 year old in our party and found the villa well suited to both age groups different needs! The villa is particularly well stocked for children. Communication from Ellie prior to the holiday was fantastic. Kathy and Bill were also very attentive. A lovely villa that we would recommend.
Mum had two new knees last year and, after 11 years of restricted holidays, was ready to start some foreign exploration again! After a short break in Lanzarote we decided to return to Paphos- our last visit being 18 years ago.
We searched high and low before deciding on Villa Alexia and I was impressed from the very beginning of the process with the obvious care and concern of the owners, Ellie, and Kathy the local manager.
The villa description was spot on although we somehow formed the impression that it had a ground floor bedroom- no idea how and it was obviously our mistake! Looking for it when we arrived was exciting but then Mum decided to try the stairs and all was well.
I was up every morning at 7am in the wonderful garden sunshine, Mum joined me an hour later and my Wife appeared sometime before noon! It's that sort of place- totally relaxing, everything you need and a loads of equipment.
Kathy popped her head through the hedge on the first morning and said hello, which was perfect. No intrusive 'checking up' on us- just being there to help. We had a problem with the DVD player (both ladies are hard of hearing and the sound was poor) and it was changed the next day! Terrific service.
We had walks around the site a few times in brilliant sunshine and were so happy that we have already booked a different villa for 2017- why different? there are 3 couples and Mum going this time and Villa Alexia isn't big enough!
We BBQ'd on alternate nights and went into local towns/ villages on the others. there are lovely restaurants in Kouklia. We never tried the club house.
A terrific villa which would heartily recommend!
We are a family with 2 & 4 year olds, this villa was perfect for a family with children of any age.
With a short transfer time from the airport we quickly made ourselves at home. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. A big lounge/dining room/kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, lots of toys for the children and a lovely pool.
Lots of different seating areas in the garden, LOTS of pool toys, this villa had everything we required. The beds were comfortable, which is always a worry and we hired the beach towels which was brilliant as we were able to travel lighter.
It also had lots of extras you wouldn't think of that were useful like a coolbox, bathmat, CBeebies...booster buttons for the aircon (so it was only on for 1/2 hr) and lots of plastic crockery for eating by the pool.
A friendly manager in the area, good communication with the owner in England with clear directions to find the villa (always a worry!), lots of info on best beaches, supermarkets and restaurants.
We will definitely be going back, the end of April/start of May was sunny and the pool & sea both warm enough to use.
This was our first visit to Cyprus and to the villa. We had a warm welcome by Bill and Kathy. Bill picked us up from the airport because we arrived in the night and I was afraid to drive in a strange country on the wrong side of the road (we are Dutch). Our rented car was brought to us the next morning by Andy Philipps, a very good rental company in Paphos. A great service ! The villa was all we had dreamt of, the weather was wonderful (about 25*), the pool was great and the water was warm enough for our 2 kids to play in. The villa is well equipped and even has lots of toys for kids and toys for in the pool. Lots of DVD's for kids and the parents too ! Upstairs a bookcase full with books. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of closets for clothing etc. We enjoyed picking oranges and lemons of our own tree in the garden and I have never had such sweet and tastful oranges before !
The villa is situated on a hill and from the balcony you can see the sea. The area is very quiet and peaceful.
Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort is near the villa where we went often to play (also minigolf), shop in the supermarket (expensive), had dinner or coffee. There is a creche there where you can bring your kids for a few hours. My grandson of 5 yrs played there a few times for 1 hour and he enjoyed it immensely although he doesn"t speak english of course, but it went well.
Bonamare Beachbar is a nice place, 15 min. drive from villa Alexia, where you can have a drink or eat lunch and the kids can play on the beach (most sandy). Very friendly service and good prices there.
This was one of the best holidays we ever had and we defenitely want to come back to villa Alexia !
We had the best stay at villa Alexia. We have three children under 3 and the vast amount of toys and child-friendly details in the villa were a lifesaver! Wewere able to relax by the pool as they were occupied and the pool is also ideal due to Roman steps. The gardens were gorgeous so well maintained and pool cleaned by Bill once per week. Bill and Kathy who manage property were amazing and so accommodating. The living space was roomy, bedrooms also plenty of room and clothes space as this is usually an issue when abroad.
The Location was great also. Close to Aphrodite Hills for facilities such as costas, playground and restaurants but also lots of lovely towns nearby for some Cypriot cooking. We loved Kouklia and Pissouri village also.
Will definitely return here as perfect property for a family or even group of people. Would highly recommend!
