The interior is elegant in every respect, graced with notable furniture and artwork throughout. As would be expected, the ambiance is serene and relaxing - gas log fire, air conditioning, Foxtel, and much more for year-round comfort.
Enjoy the truly spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean and the beautiful surrounding countryside of the Otways. Wander down the beach for a quick dip, walk along the rocks, meander along the river, or just relax in air-conditioned comfort or laze in front of the open fire. Visit the natural koala colonies only minutes away on Grey River Road. Take a short drive to Apollo Bay or Lorne to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and cafes.
All bedrooms are spacious and have large ensuite bathrooms with double showers and private balconies with 180-degree ocean views.

The full house setting includes dining and living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a granite kitchen with Gaggenau cooking facilities, a coffee machine, and extremely well-equipped cupboards. Off the beautiful dining area, bi-fold glass doors open onto the upper deck which has ocean views and outdoor furniture. You also have access to the laundry off this level.

The fully integrated sound system works throughout the house, including the two outdoor entertaining areas.

The price listed is for the full house which includes accommodation for 6 guests. If you have a smaller group please call us directly and a couples rate may be applicable.

Wildlife and views

Glorious location with wallabies on the lawn, rosellas in the trees and walk to everything. Very well appointed property - gas log fire was lovely in the evenings. Highly recommend.

Weekend away

The property was lovely, just as pictured. The wildlife around was such an extra surprise! We had a power out (just an unlucky coincidence it was out in the region) however didn't dampen our stay. It would have been great if there were working torches available for us to use however we made do. There was everything we needed and we enjoyed a lovely weekend. I would suggest a later check out however neither here nor there, just makes for a more relaxed end to the weekend. We have some lovely memories of our trip thank you.

Holiday cut short

Property great - stay not so due to sudden lockdown so only stayed one night from booked four. Radio silence about possible credit due to lost nights accommodation. Managing agent as bad. Great when we had an issue while on site but not otherwise. In fact they tried to say we’d be ok going home at end of stay even though we’d have to travel more than five km lockdown allowed. Who was going to pay the penalty. Not them.

Beautiful house

House was well set up with plenty of room for all. Bedrooms were large and modern. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could possibly need.
