Perfect for couples, ideal for families and convenient for corporate travellers, this two bedroom two bathroom airconditioned apartment with swimming pool, free secure parking and free wifi has it all.

You have the entire apartment to yourselves on the top floor of a secure three story walk up.

No need for key pick up as there is a secure key lock box at the entrance. Your code is provided on your check in day to access your keys. Full details are provided as part of your booking.

As your hosts we are available as much as you need us to be and available by phone. We live locally so can be available for any unexpected issues.

This apartment is modern and stylish with a whole lot of comfort. Located on the border of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, you have the best of both worlds and a choice of beachfronts 3 mins by foot to the east.

Walk 150m around the block and you will discover a mini neighbourhood village with 3 trendy cafes to choose from, a convenience store, bottle shop, take away food store, beautician and the Broadbeach Bowls club which has undergone a major renovation in preparation for hosting the 2018 Commonwealth games events.

A secure onsite parking bay is available for guests and residents of this three story walk up. Access to wifi is available free of charge.

The apartment has air conditioning in the main living, dining kitchen area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Being north facing, it captures the ocean breezes and is protected from direct sun, making it a comfortable space all year round.

Step inside and you will instantly feel relaxed in this light, breezy top floor apartment with open plan living, dining and kitchen. Modern, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a neat dining area make this space both practical and relaxing. Curl up on the cosy couch and enjoy a TV session or watch a DVD. Alternatively hook up to our wifi network and watch your own Netflix series/movies on your laptop or iPad. Coffee tea and milk are available for the early starters before the cafes open.

Follow the hallway to the two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a queen size bed with enough room for a single trundle bed if required. There is an ensuite with modern vanity and tap ware. The second bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single beds depending on your preferred configuration. Both bedrooms are dressed with beautiful bedding and have high thread count linen for an extra comfortable nights' sleep. Extra blankets are provided if needed for cooler nights.

The main bathroom is complete with modern vanity, bath tub and a washer and dryer. There is an iron, ironing board, pegs and clothes basket. A clothes horse is also available or you can use the clothes line in the common lawned area at the rear of the apartment block. Soft fluffy bath towels are supplied and beach towels are also available for guest use. A hairdryer, soap, shampoo etc are provided.

The northern section of Broadbeach is known for its village feel and is conveniently located with easy access to all the places that Broadbeach has on offer, by foot, bus or tram. Must do's include,

1. Breakfast or brunch at the trendy and very popular Elk Cafe beachside of the Oasis shopping mall

2. Coffee and breakfast at the Metro cafe located right around the corner on Surf Parade.

3. Early bird breakfast at Lola's restaurant and/or lunch and/or dinner, opposite the bowls club, closer to the beach.

4. Barefoot bowls at Broadbeach Bowls club for a fun afternoon/evening

5. Ocean swim between the flags at the patrolled beach 3mins walk down the road

6. Lola's Fish & Chips, pizza and take away (the morrocan lamb pizza is a favourite) next door to Lola's restaurant.

7. Visit the local beach front markets held monthly on a Sunday morning and check out what events are taking place in Broadbeach when you visit e.g Blues Festival, Country music festival, sporting events, concerts at the Convention centre and Casino, just to name a few.

The apartment is not available for schoolies, school leavers or large groups of party people either under or over 21 years of age. Located in a block of 6 residential units, please respect your neighbours by keeping the noise levels to a reasonable standard.

If you are coming from Coolangatta airport catch the 777 Bus from the airport to Broadbeach south station and then the tram to Florida Gardens tram station or connect with the 705 Bus. Both stops are within walking distance to the apartment. The tram, known locally as "the G" is just around the corner and will take you south one stop to the convention centre, casino, restaurants and nightlife, or two stops to the recently upgraded Pacific Fair shopping mecca. Take "the G" one stop north and you are in Surfers Paradise. There are buses that will take you to all the theme parks. The apartment is about a 15 minute stroll along the beach path to the cafe/restaurant district. You can take a small diversion and stop in at the brand new Kurrawa surf club for a beverage and an ocean view. Walk north along the beach for about 15 minutes and you will be on the famous Surfers Paradise esplanade.

Awesome location!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay, it was a short walk to the beach and a short tram ride to Surfers Paradise one way and to the major shopping centre Pacific Fair the other way. There were lots of little cafes and a little supermarket close by. The only issue was that the washing machine didn't work, and despite a technician coming to fix it on our first day there, it still didn't work. Besides that it was a very relaxing holiday with everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back again!

Gorgeous apartment!

We sadly finished our week long stay and didn't want to leave!! The apartment was stunning, gorgeous smells and light as you enter which was comforting! Great attention to the little details to make your stay relaxing!! So close to the beach and everywhere really! Cafes, shops you name it! Hunter our Cavoodle thoroughly enjoyed his holiday too! Thanks again Estelle we will definitely be back!!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boutique Broadbeach Apartment. The Location is fantastic. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very private. We traveled with our Jack Russell and it was his first time in an apartment. He was well behaved as there is a small balcony for them to check out what's going on. Plenty of different walks for the dogs with the beach just a couple of blocks away. The cafe's are pet friendly too.

Great unit, clean well provisioned and Dog friendl

It was great to be able to take our dogs with us. We booked at last minute and Estelle was so,easy to deal with. We needed to book in early as we had a funeral attend. We really appreciate both Estelle and the cleaner working with us to allow early check in.

The unit was very comfortable and it lacked nothing. One of the few places I have ever stayed that had the pantry essentials and a real coffee machine, with ground coffee supplied. Absolutely perfect. Only downside is the stairs, fine for me but difficult for those with bad knees or like my husband lung disease.
