A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be assessed when you book your reservation. Please, this home is non-smoking, of any kind. You may smoke outside near the carport. If smoking of any kind is detected indoors, a $200 deep-cleaning fee will be assessed. One or two pets are welcome, total pet fee of $75. Please pick up after pets. Yard is completely xeriscaped and completely fenced for pet to roam free throughout property. Neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming to future guests. The area just provides a feeling of going back into time (early 1900's) but still having all the modern amenities. It's now time to just relax with friends and family and enjoy!
Check-In is at 4 p.m Mountain Standard Time and Check-Out is at 12 Noon Mountain Standard Time. Electronic Passcode Entry will be given 3 days prior to arrival.
