Nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath unit in a privately owned duplex, one street away from the gorgeous white sand and turquoise water of Bradenton Beach!

Tropical, Beachy decor in a well cared for, very clean duplex with all the comforts of home minus the snow.

Gorgeous (new in 2017) heated 32' x 13' swimming pool. This is a pool you can actually swim in, not a plunge pool. You’ll also have unlimited use of your own designated hot tub. There are 2 built in hot tubs in the pool area 1 for each of the two apartments.

The pool is shared with the owner (1 adult in my 50s). I work from home so I mostly defer the use of the pool to vacationing guests. You can see in some reviews, when I am here people comment that they felt they had the pool to themselves.

Cable TV, internet, onsite laundry, off street parking. All furnishings, dishes, cookware bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart provided for a carefree stay.

Perfect location for a beach break

This property was in a perfect location for us, literally just across the road to a quite, perfect beach. We made good use of all of the fabulous beach equipment provided (trolley, chairs, cool boxes, umbrella, buckets and sales etc) to go and watch the sunsets each night. Property was near several little restaurants and a short walk (or 1 min car journey) to publix, walgreens and several shops (cakes, general stores etc). Home itself was very well equipped, kitchen had just about every utensil you could think of! Beautifully, beach style in decoration and TV with netflix in every room (handy for our one rainy day!) Pool area beautifully kept and kept our two girls entertained - again equipment for pool provided. Shaded room with table tennis was a godsend for our little one when it was too hot. Plenty beaches, restaurants, quaint shops, piers etc in easy reach by car or island trolly. Would hesitate to recommend this property, the owners were most helpful and check in etc was a doddle! Looking forward to returning in the future!

Great beach access location.

We vacationed with 2 teenagers. It was the perfect space with access to the beach. The space was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the hand soap, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, napkins, trash bags, and paper towels. (We have vacationed in other places where this is not provided.) The beach cart, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels were great quality. The beach access was so easy to use and close. It was easy to go back and forth from the beach and house. We also loved the pool and hot tub. The accessories provided were a great match for our family too. We got lots of use out of the volleyball net, snorkels, and covered patio area. Jennifer was a great host that kept in contact with us to make sure the hot tub was easy for us to use and to answer any questions quickly.

Beautiful location

Wonderful apartment with all amenities. Clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. One block from beach and the lovely Gulf. Owner attentive and available (though we really had no issues). Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub as the weather was a bit cooler. Proximity to the beach, and supplied wagon with beach accessories was perfect. Thanks, Jennifer

Free spirit in my 50's from Maine and I just love to get away to the gulf coast of Florida.

Why they chose this property

It's a pretty building that's been tastefully renovated with a great open concept in both units. It's close to the beach and the bay and Anna Maria is the coolest place to be with so much to do and see. I have installed a decent sized pool with hot tub(s) in the back yard as well a first floor family rec room adjacent to the pool. This was a great property upon my purchase in 2016 and I feel I have made it even better.

What makes this property unique

Conveniently located between the Cortez bridge and the Anna Maria Island bridge in a safe neighborhood with all that Anna Maria has to offer. There is no public beach parking near this home which means this part of the beach is never too crowded. It's also a pretty drive along Long Boat Key to get to St. Armands circle in Sarasota to shop and dine in style.
