The Space
This is a spacious area made to feel like home and give you room to spread out. We've specifically put quality furnishings and appliances so it feels like a place you'd want to live. It's a great place to be if you have an event on at the Grand Chancellor or Albert Hall or if you'd like to be close to an event in City Park such as Festivale!
This is a one bedroom, 95sqm apartment with open plan living area. There is an innerspring sofa bed in the lounge room.
Guest Access
The entire apartment is all yours. If you're a business traveller and need printing, we have a full print centre in the office on the ground floor. We can offer printing at higher quality than office works and at half the price for our guests. Of course high speed NBN wi-fi is included.
Interaction with Guests
If you need some advice on where to go, Rick knows local attractions very well and is happy to help you plan your trip. We're just a text message away or if you like to be left alone fully that's fine too, you'll have all the privacy you need. We've also included some visitor guides in the apartment.
The Neighbourhood
This is the special event end of the city. On a Saturday morning you'll feel like you've woken up in the coolest part of the city as everyone converges on the Harvest Market. Also downstairs is the Vintage Red Fox collectables store and Vintage Red Fox cafe with amazing house made cakes. Then across the road is City Park and the Albert Hall.
City Park has many special event weekends so be sure to book early for those weekends. Also during AFL days, it's a walk directly down our street to the stadium. The atmosphere is all around, yet again it's peaceful once you step inside.
Getting Around
If you already have a car then there's FREE off-street parking at the door of your apartment. You are less than 4 blocks from most attractions. If you'd like to go further out, you can hire a car from Europcar of Avis, both of whom are less than 100m away. Other convenient places:
* Pharmacy 200m (2 minute walk)

Other Things to Note
You might be in the middle of the city but it's especially quiet. Some inner city accommodations have interruptions from the town clock each hour through the night however we've had double glazed windows and sound batts installed to compress the sound so you can have a great nights sleep.
