About this property

Sunny Elevated Beach House

This lovely beach house with ocean glimpses is situated approx. 200m from beautiful Gannet and Murramarang Beaches.
The front verandah is bathed in morning sun, whilst the large rear deck is a great space to relax and have a BBQ whilst soaking in the sun setting over distant hills.
The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a friendly beachside atmosphere.
Coastal swims and pushbike rides are the norm.
The property is less than a 10 minute walk to Bawley shopping centre, which has a supermarket, bakery, takeaway, liquor store, chemist and newsagent. For that morning coffee hit, there is Flo coffee van Fri-Mon on the headland , or Luci’s Cafe which is a leisurely 10minute stroll for that breakfast coffee or lunchtime meal .
Guests have full access to the entire house.
Upstairs is the accommodation as described below.
-Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed.
-Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed, and 2+1 bunk bed (double bed below and a single up top).
-Fully equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher plus some tea, coffee and basic condiments.
-Living area has a leather lounge and lounge chairs and a dining table .
-There is also a TV, DVD player (including a selection of DVD's) and Stereo.
-Bathroom has shower, bath, and basin. There is a separate toilet, and another toilet downstairs in the laundry.
There is an outside hot/cold shower and the laundry/storage room has a washing machine and also some kids boogie boards for guests to use .
There is undercover parking and also a large, grassy backyard with clothesline.
NOTE: The separate garage is not included in the rental.

Relaxing Getaway
Comfortable home in an ideal location. Great for couples and families. You can choose from a couple of beaches within walking distance, or short drive to others. Shops are close by. Beautiful outlook and nature doesn't disappoint.

Wonderful Bawley Weekend
Annie left had heater and the lights on for us when we arrived, was a very nice touch on a chilly night. The house was spotless and super comfortable. Easy walk to two beaches. Will definitely stay again.
