Enjoy the morning sunrise as you sit on one of your two private balcony that directly face the ocean (oceanfront). This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 7th floor, corner unit is a must see! The master bedroom has a king size bed, the first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds (there is also a pull-out sofa). In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.
The complex offers a large heated pool right off the ocean, private access to the beach, shuffleboard, a putting green, wireless internet and more. The building is located roughly 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, meaning the beach is quiet but you are still walking distance to the Pier.

We enjoyed our 4 week visit and the spaciousness of this 3 bedroom condo. It contained an abundance of beach supplies. Mornings on the extended balcony with the high top tables were a real delight! This was our 3rd year in the area. We appreciate how much we can walk to and the manageable traffic when we do drive.
My family and I had 1 of the best times of our lives. The pictures do not capture the true visual you will receive. Booking was easy. Obtaining the key was easy. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU NEED HERE. POTS PANS TISSUE SOAP TOWELS BEACH TOYS. TALLEST BUILDING IN AREA.

The condo was beautiful and widely fit all of our needs for our vacation stay in Coco Beach!! Great location that is close to lots of great restaurants, fun for the family, etc...

My husband along with our 4 kids and mother in law stayed here for a week. Let me tell you... From start to finish Drew was quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. The unit itself was better than I expected.. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was the perfect way to start each day. We were lulled to sleep by the waves crashing... Needless to day it didn't take us long to relax. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit was very spacious for 7 of us and I love how we each had our own private area. I loved the private balcony off the master bedroom with views of the ocean. The grounds were very beautiful and a quick 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect. I love the amenities and little things Drew thought of when renting out his unit such as an umbrella, towels, beach toys for the kids and boogie boards for us adults 😉 We cannot wait to go back and thank you again Drew for allowing us to stay at your home and create some beautiful memories.
We had a very good idea of what to expect from this rental from the pictures and the previous reviews. Our main purpose was to spend some time together as a family (two adults and our three adult children plus one spouse). The accommodations worked well--we were able to spend time together without feeling crammed into a small space. We travel frequently and are experienced with vacation rentals, and we were pleased with this one. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros: beach view and beach access, some beach accessories, two separate balconies, washer/dryer in the unit
Cons: we couldn't stay otherwise the slow elevator as others have noted
Look around for other properties before you rent from this complex. I paid way too much for a unit that had dirt under the beds, junk in the couches, and balcony windows that were so dirty that I had to wash them myself. Kitchen is a mix of different plates, cups etc. 2 smaller bedrooms have blinds that do not close all the way, and no drapes in these bedrooms. One bedroom has a fan in it because the AC was not blowing much cold air in the room. Only one elevator working that week--waited up to 10 minutes many times for an elevator.
if you like a pool that opens late--sometimes noon, and closes around 7:45, this is a place for you! The maintenance man was psycho, and I saw him arguing many times with renters on the complex. We contacted the owner and asked him to contact someone on the grounds about the pool hours, and the bedroom blinds, and he stated there was nothing he could do. This is what you get from an owner out of the Country.
You only get 2 keys for everyone staying here. You need a key to get into everything.
I have stayed at numerous complexes on the beach, and will never rent from this complex again.
Local attractions include the Kennedy Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing, and Golfing. Watch the Space Shuttle launch from the beach. Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. Check out the Night Life at 'Coconuts on the Beach', 'Heidi's Jazz Club', 'Cocoa Beach Pier', 'The Beach Shack', or 'The China Beach Lounge'.
