Your ideal beachside escape with pool, entertaining deck with outdoor kitchen.

The hardest decision you will face each day is whether to relax by the pool or walk to the Blairgowrie front beach.

Our bright and light fully renovated beach house with solar heated pool is a short stroll to the front beach, Blairgowrie shops and the Harry Blythe Playground.

It is a perfect family getaway with nothing to do except relax and unwind.

Our gorgeous house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and electric oven, outdoor deck with large umbrella and 10 seat table, outdoor entertaining kitchen with plumbed in BBQ and bar fridges, ideal for entertaining, solar heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrella, basketball hoop and trampoline to entertain the kids and a large backyard for them to run around in.

The kitchen and laundry all feature brand new appliances and the backyard has a clothes line. The main living has a gas fireplace and air-conditioning. Each bedroom has wall heaters for the winter months. Some infant/baby accessories such as ports-cot, bath, toilet training seat are also available.

Guests will need to bring some of there own bed linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towel. All cleaning items, laundry detergent and basic pantry items such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, flour are available for use.

The bedrooms consist of a good size main bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite as well as wardrobe. A second bedroom with Double bed and wardrobe and a third bedroom with four King Single bunk beds as well as a wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a freestanding bath tub, shower and toilet and the ensuite has a large shower and toilet.

There is a brand new outdoor entertaining deck and kitchen with BBQ and fridges, perfect for entertaining.

The northerly aspect of the property means it is perfect all year round, maximising sunlight and warmth.

Open plan living with polished floorboards and vaulted ceiling in the main living area opening out onto the front and side entertaining decks. Gas fire place for cooler months and air conditioning for summer. Front of home has recently been updated with double glazing.

You can be inside in the kitchen, living or dining room and still have a birds eye view of the pool.

Must be 25 years or older to rent. No Animals. No events, parties, gatherings or schoolies.

We spent a lot of our youth on the peninsula and always dreamed of having a place of our own. We renovated it ourselves and love the laid back beach feel.

We are a family of three who love nothing more than coming to our beach home to relax and unwind.

We love heading to beach in the morning and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Then moving onto our outdoor entertaining area for a BBQ and drinks with friends into the early evening.

Whilst there is so much to do on the Peninsula we find ourselves staying in and enjoying our home and all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We love Blairgowrie all year round, in summer for the beach, pool and the action and in winter for the quietness, a walk on the beach, a cozy dinner at home, footy on the TV and the warm gas fireplace.

We hope you enjoy our "happy place" as much as we do.

Our home is very safe, fully fenced so you can use the entire property privately. Great for kids with basketball hoop and trampoline.

What makes this property unique

Winter is gorgeous with sun streaming into the living room. Summer is great, beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon a perfect combination. Walking distance to the beach and Blairgowrie shops. No need to use your car!
Lovely quiet street with not a lot of through traffic.

The house is bathed in light, its soothing atmosphere is so enjoyable year round. We have so many guests who return year after year, because they love it so much.
