Charming 3 bed townhouse with spectacular views from roof terrace. Nicely furnished, including patio furniture and BBQ. Brand new kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Comfortable self catering accomodation 10 minutes drive from miles of beautiful beaches and breath taking scenery of the Safor Mountains. Quiet cul de sac close to all amenities, local square with shop, bar, church and butchers. Walking distance to town centre where you can stroll along the central street taking in the local atmosphere. Markets, fiestas and restaurants. Bedding included, welcome baskets available. DVD. 2 double beds 1 bunk bed. Towels not included.

Real Spain - great experience

The house is in a fantastic area right in the heart of the old town. 2 minutes walk to all the shops and the Paseo with the market and restaurants. The house contains everything you want and the views from the terrace are fabulous. We have stayed here several times and will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for letting us use your lovely home.

Charming, Great Location

Lovely traditional townhouse on a quiet street near St Roc Square. Spanish neighbours were friendly and there were shops and cafes a short walk away. The house was very well maintained, very clean, spacious with a great rooftop terrace. The owners were very helpful advising things like car rental before we arrived. We had a fabulous holiday there and would love to return one day. We would definitely recommend it!

real Spain

The house was very clean and welcoming and in a quiet location. The area around the house near San Roque church is one of the best in Oliva with its shops and bars and views. The beaches are not crowded and there are plenty of good restaurants. The owners were very helpful and provided lots of info. There was so much to see and do we will have to go back!

maison ancienne

La maison est ancienne et a du caractère. Le quartier est très typique. La terrasse sur le toit est agréable pour prendre l'air le soir. Cependant, la maison nécessiterait une rénovation, en particulier de la cuisine, la salle d'eau et surtout un changement de serrure de porte d'entrée. Les supermarchés sont tout près, la plage d'aigua blanca est à 10 min en voiture.

Muy tranquila y agradable

La casa es amplia, y está bien equipada. Ubicada en la zona árabe de la ciudad dentro del casco antiguo. Los vecinos muy atentos y serviciales,

Destacar la amabilidad de Sandra (propietaria) te da todas las facilidades y contesta rápidamente. Tiene una persona allí por si surge algún problema.

Muchas playas maravillosas, tendidas, de arena muy fina y no muy concurridas. Tienes buen sitio a cualquier hora.

Por la noche no se oye ni un ruido, perfecto para descansar.

Pasamos unos días muy muy agradables.

Sólo es desaconsejable para personas con movilidad limitada porque tiene 3 pisos y por tanto escaleras.
