Apartment building with caretaker. Public and private beaches 150 m away; activities: wind surfing, sky surfing, water skiing, scuba diving. Bus 100 m away, Provençal market 10 min away by bus, cost € 1. City centre cinema 10 min away by bus or car.

Cannes, the French Riviera pearl, its beaches, the Lérins Islands, its film festival. Luxury city, shopping, big brands, gourmet restaurants. Great location. Large outdoors

Large space and garden. It is a very short walk to the beach. All equipment required for a holiday or longer stay is there and everything was very clean. The on site manager Gabriel was very helpful . Parking next to garden entrance is very handy. Easy access to Cannes town by bus. We did not use a car to get there. A car is preferable though if want to self cater to drive to the supermarket, shops and Cannes La Bocca, which is relatively close and all requirements are there. It could be possible by bus but a car is easier. For us the beach nearby is much better and less crowded than the main beach at Cannes. If we come back we will stay here again

Beautiful Holiday Apartment

This is a beautiful holiday apartment with a very homely feel, in a location ideal for visiting all areas of the south of France. You don't need a car if you are happy to get a bus as they are very cheap at 1 euro.

The apartment itself is very well equipped, with two good sized bedrooms and very comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and lots of drawers.

The kitchen has everything you need and we made use of the washer and iron/board.

There is plenty of outdoor space which is well maintained and it is a great area to sit out and relax on the decking.

Situated on a main bus route, it is very easy to reach Cannes in just a few minutes and is within walking distance of Cannes la Bocca 10-15 mins. You can also walk to Cannes in just 20 mins and it is pretty to go along the front by the beach. You can get to most destinations in Cannes and the bus or train are convenient. Whilst there, we went to Cannes La Bocca, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco and Antibes.

The sandy beach is 3-5 mins walk away and is great. There is a snack bar and watersports too. As it is so close, you can combine it with other things through the day.

If you don't want to go into Cannes or Cannes la Bocca on an evening, there is a great restaurant very close called L'Etoile which we went to several times but it is worth going into Cannes too as there are plenty of buses there and back.

Overall, the apartment is very clean, classy, well equipped and beautiful and we would definitely recommend to anyone.

sejour agréable et conforme

location conforme en tous points aux prestations mentionnées par l'annonce. Accueil attentionné de la part du propriétaire et gabriel est disponible et de très bon conseil pour le séjour. Localisation idéale avec plage à proximité avec location de bateau pour la voile, bus et gare pour visiter le littoral. Le parking est un plus fort appréciable. Appartement frais et spacieux disposant d'équipements de qualité. Nous gardons un agréable souvenir de ce séjour et nous le recommandons sans réserve. La notation n'est pas réalisable sur le site...nous donnons 5/5.

Trés agréable et reposant

Appartement très bien aménagé, fort agréable, spacieux, calme et lumineux. Le petit jardin est parfait pour les enfants (et les adultes) pour profiter du bon air et du soleil à l'abri des regards et du tumulte de la ville. Nous avons bien pu nous reposer, merci encore!

Bel appartement avec jardin à 150 m de la plage

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans votre bel appartement: séjour spacieux, cuisine bien équipée, belles grandes chambres et superbe salle de bain. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et du jardin. L'appartement est situé à 150 mètres de la plage, par contre il n'y a pas de petits commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie) à proximité. Un grand merci à Gabriel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
