Family holiday home located few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Geographe Bay in Quindalup, designed for a relaxed getaway.

4 bedroom family beach house with 2 living areas, good sized timber decked balcony.

If you want to get busy, you have easy access to walking and biking trails, water sports, Cape to Cape walk trail, wineries, surf beaches, coastal caves, cafes, bars, restaurant’s & many types of shopping.

Sunbathed holiday house with all the comforts of home.

Looking for a property where you can kick back & relax, or in a matter of minutes be sampling the sophisticated delights of our famous town. This property is for you.

If Golf takes your fancy then take advantage of the close proximity to Dunsborough Lakes Resort Golf Course or the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club.

Dunsborough is the gateway of the world renowned Margaret River wine region and its many spectacular vineyards & wineries. Close to surf beaches, such as Yallingup & Smiths Beach, as well as beautiful and protected bays. Perth just a 2.5 hour’s drive making Dunsborough one of the most popular holiday destinations in the South West.

No single nights can be booked. 4 nights min booking maybe considered. Easter Bookings 5 night's min bookings for Easter period required. Peak Season 7 nights required.

Security bond $800 required held by Home-Away Stayz platform and refunded by Home-Away under their policy after departure. Guests are fully responsible for any breakages or damages and should email the owner to advise of any damages.

Highly recommend

Great house and such helpers owners. Never been so well cared for by those we rent from! House was beautifully decorated v comfortable to live in and stocked in a manner I haven't experienced before in a holiday house. It even had a vegetable/ herb garden. and we loved the fresh produce that was left in the fridge for us. A great distance from main attractions of the region and easy to get around with lots of flat walking / bike paths. though if you are expecting some waves at the beach as we were then this is not the area...great for kids ! though in warmer months apparently not a great swimming beach due to stingers, which we weren't aware of. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars for location is that we really wanted a house with a beach view and one that could offer better swimming. Otherwise great location
