This luxury townhouse has 1 King bed, 2 Single beds, Queen bed + Double sofa bed.

Located in historic Williamstown and only 12km from the CBD, this magnificent, brand new, 3 level townhouse with roof top terrace, is situated only a few minutes from local shops,supermarket , cafes, transport. Williamstown beach is 1.8km from this luxurious apartment. Access to the CBD is an easy drive, train ride or ferry!

Public transport is easily accessed with the train station being only 200metres from the apartment. A children's playground is just around the corner to entertain the little ones!

Comprising of a spacious and bright open plan living area, opening onto a sunny balcony, state of the art European kitchen with high end appliances and offering 3 bedrooms plus 2 luxurious bathrooms and separate powder room, it's sure to be your home away from home.

The apartment is split over three levels and has stair access to each level. Please keep this in mind with elderly and small children as the stairs are steep.

The ground level has a room with a Queen bed, powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a small courtyard off this level.

Level one is accessed via stairs only and comprises of two bedrooms, one with King bed and one with 2 X Single beds. The King room has an en-suite and there is a second bathroom on this level also. There is no bath in the apartment.

Level two is accessed via stairs only and comprises of kitchen/meals and living area. The living area opens out onto a balcony with outdoor setting for 6. The area is spacious with plenty of light. There is a double sofa bed on this level.

Level three is the rooftop terrace accessed via stairs only, with views of Melbourne City and the Bay. A nice place to enjoy a glass of wine on a warm evening.

INCLUSIONS

Included in the pricing for all our apartments is fresh, clean, quality linen, towels and exit cleaning.

The kitchen has all the utensils you need to have a comfortable stay. The apartment has a full kitchen, including oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. An iron and ironing board are also supplied for your convenience. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and a small amount of toiletries.

There is NO allocated parking space at this apartment. There is some all day street parking at the front of the complex, but spaces are not guaranteed.
