Ultimate oceanfront home

Absolute Ocean Front cottage, perched right on Loves Bay is the perfect holiday in Summer or Winter. And now is the perfect opportunity to see the migrating humpback whales from your own private balcony.
Snuggle together in the cooler months and watch the theatre of the waves. You will get a spectacular from your front row seats. Watch the ocean create its own new little blow holes.

In Summer time swim, surf, fish or sit on either deck, read a book, and be amazed when you see the local train peep through the rolling green hills with cows grazing in the background.

We do have a small fence enclosure at the rear of the house. It’s a safe play area for young children. Our property does extend much further towards the ocean.
If you like whale watching, no need to go and see them, they will come to you and put on a spectacular show.
This is a 100 % holiday house, rain, hail or shine. Always something to look at with ever changing views.

In the evening when there is nothing to look at, why not catch the curtesy bus from 2 of the local clubs in Kiama. Kiama Bowling Club and Kiama Leagues Club. Both have lovely meals and live entertainment and the buses run every hour.

Located at Kiama Heights this charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage can accommodate up to 9 adults. Architecturally designed to take advantage of the majestic views; this cottage is set high on the hill on three distinct levels. Each level has its own bathroom. The cottage has been furnished with modern décor. All beds have a brand new mattress. The main bedroom has a King size pillow top ensemble bed with its own private balcony, walk in robe and ensuite.

What ever your passion: reading a good book, taking a dip in the ocean from the beach at the end of your garden; fishing on the rocks, taking a stroll on the magnificent Kiama Coast Walk, or taking a stroll to Easts Beach or the famous Kiama blowhole - the largest blowhole on the planet. Your time here will be relaxing, refreshing and one to cherish.

Hidden Gem
Hidden gem in a quiet street. Location is excellent! Wonderful sea views/bucolic pastures. Cottage with all the amenities, close to Kiama, cafes, restaurants, walking options. Definitely recommended!

High on ambience; low on hygiene
The property lives up to its name in the scenic locale and surroundings which are absolutely breathtaking. But in terms of upkeep, the cottage leaves much to be desired. Having stayed at 4 other Stayz properties in the past, this one doesn’t fit the bill in terms of cleanliness, upkeep and hygiene. At the top dollars one pays the least one expects is hygiene. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bedroom. One night a half broken mirror came crashing down at midnight waking up the whole house in to a frenzy. There are cobwebs and spiders all around and one may attribute that to the natural surroundings - to have the crickets surround you as you relax on the deck in the evenings is one thing- but cockroaches in the cottage are a result of poor hygiene. There were no hand towels or extra toilet paper or paper towels on the kitchen. The cutlery is rusted and an amalgamation of what other guests may have left behind over the years. For a party of 7 especially with children you expect the closet space to be yours. But no, one of the bedroom had toys and other items filled to the brim, leaving guests in the room to use their suitcase through the trip. Having experienced other Stayz properties proper upkeep, clean cutlery & crockery and hygiene is something that one has come to expect. The White House in Jervis Bay is a classic example of how one should maintain their holiday home and create an experience par excellence. We wouldn’t go back simply because of the cleanliness aspect and the lack of amenities but like I said in the beginning, the view from the breathtaking. The owners are warm and accommodating - so this feedback is for them to get their house in order so that the inside can mirror the outside.
