Or book in a standup paddleboard lesson at Clareville where you can have a relaxing BBQ overlooking the picturesque tranquil water.

Perfect little studio a short walk from the beach and village

We really enjoyed our time in Avalon. The studio was formally a doctor's practice and has everything you need for a little escape by the beach. The room is large with bed, couch, kitchennette, and TV. The kitchen had everything we need for making a simple breakfast or having wine and cheese. The studio is located a really easy stroll to Avalon Village, which has everything from different restaurants, cafes to Woolworths and Mitre 10. The beach is just passed the village and is also an easy stroll. We spent our days at the beach and sunsets at Clareville (2-3 min drive) or walkable, and nights at great restaurants including Bistro Boulevard and Ouzo. Hosts were available when we needed and were always an SMS away. We hope to return!

Beautiful property

We had such a good time at Nautilus. Everything was perfect including the decor and extra touches like homemade muffins and fresh milk in the fridge. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the laid back Avalon village...the Mill bar is the best

Great location and well presented

We had a very comfortable stay and the location of this well presented studio was excellent. Walking distance to all that Avalon has to offer capped off a great weekend away!

Why they chose this property

Our place is so, so close to the beach - you can stroll down in your swimmers for a morning dip and see beautiful sunsets in the evening. The location is unbelievable. The property is only a few hundred metres walk from fantastic restaurants, shops and cafes. Walk to a great French restaurant in no time. Catch the bus to the city. The studio is accessed from a private entrance from the street.
