Escape to this gorgeous 4 bedroom home set on a lovely flat and fully fenced block in coastal Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula. This single level home is 350 metres to the safe front bay beach, 2 kilometres to the back beach and 900 metres to the Blairgowrie Shopping Village. This simple retro shack is bright and tastefully decorated whilst maintaining a casual, refined and 'on trend' beach house aesthetic.

There are 2 separate living areas each with TV's and DVD players. The main living room has 2 x 3 seater sofas and the other is set up as a rumpus room with sofa and floor cushions.

The adjoining open plan kitchen expands out onto a large covered timber decking with outdoor furniture and barbeque. The kitchen contains timber bench tops, a 6 seater dining table, microwave and Lavazza coffee machine.

An air conditioner and gas heating is in open plan living and kitchen areas. A superb home for summer or winter months.

With 4 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with queen size bed, one with 2 sets of single bed bunks and one with a baby cot (able to put extra bedding down on floor).

All beds have comforter sets including comforter and 2 pillows supplied. Linen is provided for all beds including fitted sheet and pillowcases. Please bring your own towels.

The bathroom has a claw foot bathtub with overhead shower. The toilet is separate and located off the laundry. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

This home is fully fenced so it is safe for small children and dogs. There is ample space to park your boat, caravan or at least 4 cars with driveway access and gates on both sides of the block. This home is suitable for couples, families or friends as the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

We ask that you leave this home clean and tidy as you found it. Alternately you may elect to pay an optional check out cleaning fee of $120.
