Look no further as you have found the perfect family holiday house.

This clean, modern and large holiday house is perfect to relax with friends and family.

It contains has 3 spacious living areas, large fully equipped modern kitchen and is open plan living.

One living area features a large threatre room (which has access to basic Foxtel), the other living area is a large play zone for the children, which also incorporates a tv and dvd and the third living area is part of the open plan kitchen, dining family area which also features a tv. Guests are also able to use Wifi.

House contains 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed and ensuite, the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has a king single incorporating a trundle.

The living areas face out onto an extensive timber decking with a timber outdoor setting for 8 adults and has a gas barbecue.

The deck conveniently overlooks children's adventure playgroup and also a large trampoline in a grassed area.

There is ducted heating and evaporative cooling perfect for those hot summer days.

The entire property is fully fenced ideal for young children.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet tree lined Blairgowrie street amongest multi million dollar homes. It is in a no through road and has very little traffic perfect for young children.

There is ample parking in the driveway as well as extensive parking in the street.

The property is located only minutes from Blairgowrie Shopping Centre and Blairgowrie beaches. This property is also located close to Sorrento and Rye.

Inspections by appointment are welcome.

Spacious home with brilliant outdoor space

We rented this home between 2 families - 8 of us in total. This is a fantastic spacious home, with 3 significant living areas for everyone to have their own space. Inside is light, bright and airy and worked well with 2 families. Outside there is a great outdoor setting to enjoy drinks and meals, and plenty of space for kids to play on the grassy area, trampoline or solid playground. We loved the location as it is a short walk to the back beach and track for walks and runs and close to the Sorrento border as well as a walk away from the Blairgowrie shops. The owners were very accommodating and the house was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend the Blairgowrie Family Holiday House.
