Centrally located in a highly desirable and sought after residential area of Fulham, only 3 minutes walk to the nearest tube station of Parsons Green. Restaurants, grocers shops and convenience stores are all within a short walk away. This property has generous sized bedrooms, three of them with double beds, the fourth with two single beds. It boasts a large kitchen with all modern appliances including dish washer, clothes washer and clothes dryer, grill/oven, microwave, electric hobb, etc.


This gentrified part of London has been attracting the rich, famous and professionals for many years.

Its centres – Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Wandsworth Bridge Road – have enough variety of shops, bars and restaurants to keep everybody happy.

Fulham is posh, well-off, safe and has a great atmosphere – all very good reasons why residents love so much to live there.

Chelsea Football fans are at home with Chelsea’s stadium and Fulham FC in the area.

Wonderful Week!

We just returned home from our amazing week in London! Samuel's location was the perfect fit for the 8 of us...5 adults and 3 kids. The 4 bedrooms worked very well, and the location could not have been better! There is a Sainsbury's grocery store (a smaller version of the larger store), but it was stocked almost daily with fresh fruit, bakery goods, and everything else we needed. Samuel was very quick to answer any questions we had. The district line tube stop was just a 5 minute walk.

Nice stay, clean , and convenient location

The property was very spacious, clean and conveniently located. My only complaints were the bedding was not as nice as the picture represented and a few things seemed a little worn. Couches, paint and grouting needed an update.

Easy access to everything in London and very spacious and comfortable apartment!

We were four teachers traveling together on a school holiday and we enjoyed our week in Fulham/London very much! It's a quick walk to the Underground station at Parsons Green, easy trip to the tourist sights plus a nice neighborhood to shop and find a delicious meal. There is a grocery shop literally around the corner! We were able to come back from sightseeing and relax in our own rooms or socialize either in the living room or kitchen which has huge table and plenty of chairs and TV. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. Just be sure everyone is able to climb stairs because there are three levels in this house.

When we couldn't figure out how to turn up the heat Samuel was quickly responsive by text and also stopped by and showed us how to do it.

We would all recommend this as a nice place to stay on a visit to London!

Beautiful home in a great location.

Samuel was great, both very responsive and accommodating. The home was very clean and well appointed. Great access to the tube and busses, close to everything we needed. Was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids for a week.

Fantastic! Great space

The house is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and convenient. At one time there were four grown men cooking! The women were thrilled! The dining table seats eight comfortably. Where did you get the tablecloth? We want one!!!

The two washing and drying machines came in very handy.

Last but not least, Samuel was super quick to respond to our questions.

The only thing I would add is something to hold toiletries and soap in the shower and a knife sharpener in the kitchen.

Great House

The house on Darlan Street was just perfect! It was so roomy and accommodated eight adults very nicely. Kitchen was home to a gourmet cook among us and the large table was great for discussing our days over cocktails. Bedrooms roomy with adequate closet space. I slept in the twin room which is on the street side and was never really bothered by noise plus it has a door leading out to a small balcony which made it cozy! Eight of us did fine with only two baths. The house was extremely clean and we had plenty of everything we needed. We hung clothes out to dry on the back patio. I would love to see a table and chairs out there though. Location of this property is superb--everything one needs is a short walk away--tube station, bus stop, restaurants (good ones), special little shops! Samuel was so easy to work with during the rental process and was prompt with replies. We happened to have been there during the hottest week of the year and when we requested fans, it was taken care of the next day for which we were thankful! A shout out goes to Samuel for that!!!!

To sum it up, I would definitely recommend this house! Also, I fell in love with Fulham!!!!!
