- approx. 3 mins. easy walk to the lovely Cowes beach. A quick 1min. drive to the heart of town with all the restaurants, shops and cafes. Walk or drive, the choice is yours.

Very close to all tourist attractions. Only a short walk away there is a great playground for the kids, skate ramp, footy oval and tennis courts. Golf course and ten pin bowling are also close by.

- ideal for a family, group of adults ( max. 4 ) or a couple. Only 4 units on the block.

- single lock up garage with an extra floor padlock,for safety and security.Parking in front of the unit and on the nature strip

- two lovely, relaxing outdoor entertaining areas in the front and back with settings. Backyard is partially sheltered with a gas barbecue and has an Asian style garden with statues, temple and bamboo potted plants or you can sit in the front area and watch the world go by

- large main bedroom has a modern queen bed.Second bedroom has 2 single beds and fold out bed, suitable for a small child

- spacious separate meals area with elegant marble table which sits 6 with ease

- large bathroom with separate deep bath, which is great for relaxing

- living area has 2 comfy fabric couches, TV, radio,Ipod and dvd dock,DVD's, books

We love how large the unit is as there's plenty of room. Also it's close to the beach, town, tourist attractions, playground, skate ramp, tennis courts, oval, golf course. There's only 4 units in the block. It's great !

What a great find!

This is a terrific place! It’s just a short stroll to the beach and the main shopping/cafe strip in Cowes and yet very quiet and private being situated well off the street behind 3 other units. It was impeccably clean, very comfortable, more spacious than it looks in the pics and equipped with everything you could possibly need. All the little extras provided were far too numerous to list but much appreciated e.g. a coffee pod machine complete with pods and auto milk frother! The owners were super friendly and responsive and checked in with us that everything was ok soon after we arrived. Booking and arrival/departure procedures were very quick and easy. We couldn’t recommend this place too highly and would most definitely stay there again. Thank you Dalia and Curtis for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic property!

We had our first little family getaway here and it was perfect! The place was lovely, clean, new and all the little welcoming touches were great. Perfect location with the shops, playgrounds and beach within a 5min walk. We're already planning our next stay! Thanks again for having us!
