This is a modern villa that is built and furnished to a high specification in a quiet area. All of the furniture, fixtures and fittings are provided and there is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern equipment. Ceiling fans are installed in the lounge and bedrooms, and there are also plug-in fans. A travel cot is available for small children. There is a large rooftop sun-terrace, and the large community swimming pool is directly opposite the front door. The local village has all amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, banks, and taxis) and is a 10 minute walk away. The local beach is a lovely sandy clean beach and is 8-min drive down the road, there are bars and restaurants on the beach. Behind the beach are sand dunes with a lovely wooded area suitable for picnics etc.
Costa Blanca area: What the Costa Blanca has to offer. The section of the Costa Blanca within easy drive from the villa runs from Benidorm in the north to Cabo Roig in the south. Each resort has its own special attractions. Benidorm is a well known and lively resort with every amenity holiday makers can imagine. Just outside Benidorm is Terra Mitica, a family theme park owned by Paramount and on the scale of Euro Disney.
Local features: Further down the coast are El Campello, Gran Alacant and Santa Pola. All these resorts have much on offer - beautiful beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. From Santa Pola you can take a ferry to Ilia de Tabarca - a wonderful little island in the bay that was fortified as a prison in the 18th century but is now a small fishing community. Tarbaca Island is renowned for outstanding snorkelling, diving and seafood restaurants.
Further south still is Guardamar, Torrevieja (Ancient Tower) and Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is a large bustling town that offers everything that a major coastal resort town should. An evening visit is well worthwhile. The old town of Elche is 15 minutes drive, and has an interesting history, plus a lovely municipal park and lots of shops.
My wife and I live in London, UK, and use this property as a holiday home. When we do not required the use of the villa, we are happy to let it.

The property is located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood, with the community swimming pool directly opposite the property. There are shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants a short distance away, plus a Tourist Information Centre, and banks etc.

The house was everything we had been told and was better than expected.
It is in a quiet residential area but close enough to a few restaurants, supermarket and banks. The main N332 is only a few minutes drive away where other areas and beaches are easily accessable. It is essential to hire a car and
we did it with Goldcar at the airport and found them to be very efficient. The pool is directly opposite the house where a key is provided for access. It is a very safe area for children to bathe and is only available to residents so the area was never crowded, we only ever saw thee couples plus children at any one time. We recommend both the house and the area for those who either want to chill out or travel to other areas of which there are plenty to choose.
We stayed at this lovely Villa for just a few days at the beginning of June,We found all the instructions to be very clear and helpful,and we were met with the key as soon as we arrived.
The Villa is exactly how it is portrayed,very clean,with lots of clean fresh towels and linen,
For us it was the Roof Terrace that was the most spectacular part of the Villa,very helpful to have the pool so close,and maintained to such a high standard and very secure.
The local beach is stunning,and as mentioned just a short drive,

We stayed at this villa (myself, husband, mother, father and 2 children) and it was perfect. My husbands' family live a few doors away so this was an ideal location.
The pool across the road was ideal for all of us, especially the children. We had everything we needed at the villa, from the sun terrace above, swimming pool across the road, a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, fantastic places to visit and marvellous restaurants and cafes. The villa was very clean and the pick up and dropping off keys was like clock-work.
We enjoyed it so much we are coming back in 2011 !
We enjoyed our stay very much, very clean and close to all the places we wanted to visit. We will definatly be returning next year. The pool being just opposite was a great asset.
We had a family holiday in the villa last June - kids and and grandparent - and a great time was had by all!
We are looking to buy a villa in the area ourselves and this provided a comfortable base. Close to the beach and all amenities and great having the pool right outside the front door!
We would recommend this villa and hope to stay again soon whilst we continue the search for our own place.
La Marina is situated near the Costa Blanca coast some 20 minutes drive south of Alicante airport. Along the coast there are numerous seaside resort towns and other places of interest within easy driving distance. The area also offers some of Europe's finest championship golf courses, a number of these are only a short drive away. There is also very good public transport with a frequent service covering most of the surrounding area.
Golf: Golf Information there are 4 professional Par 72 golf courses (VillaMartin, Campoamor, Las Rambles & La Maquesa) all within a 15 - 25 minute drives. They all have buggies and wheel carts for hire and Las Ramblas is quite hilly so a buggy is recommended. The famous La Manga Golf Course is less than an hour drive away. Golf courses can be busy so it is worth reserving tee times well in advance.

A deposit of 150 pounds is required with the booking. A service charge of €50 will be payable on arrival, to cover the cost of washing, cleaning etc by our local agent..
The villa must be vacated by 1100 on the day of departure, and will be available from 1600 on the day of arrival.
Deposit is required to confirm the booking, with full and final payment due one month before commencement of booking. Deposit is returned following satisfactory check out by our local agent
