Fantastic Agent

We didn't end up staying in this property as it was sold shortly after booking and the new owner cancelled all the reservations. However the Agent was awesome as she moved us to a slightly smaller, in ways better apartment. Highly recommend the groundfloor 2 bedroom they have as it's 20m from the pool via the back gate. The agent kept us informed and was very responsive and helpful. Which was good as we had to meet her instead of going to resort reception. The room was clean and well maintained. Little touches like oil and salt in the kitchen were appreciated. The only complaint was that there was only one dishwasher table. The resort was everything we wanted, the sandy "beach" in the lagoon pool was a hit with the kids. It is also well maintained and doesn't feel run down.
