My 2 bedroom apartment is in the heart of downtown Jersey City. Inside a new boutique elevator building, it's a quick 8 minute PATH train ride into Manhattan. A great value.
This modern 2 bedroom apartment is ~80 sq meters (~860 sq ft) with high ceilings. Equipped with central air conditioning for year round comfort.

Please note: Room 1 is a bright, south-facing room that currently has no shades on the window. It's perfect for those who like to wake up naturally with the sunlight! (I also provide eyeshades for those who prefer it.)
Please use kitchen only for simple breakfasts. (The smoke detector is very sensitive, so any sustained cooking tends to set it off.)
About My Neighborhood
The Historic Downtown Jersey City neighborhood is full of character and has everything you need. We're just west of the Hudson river waterfront, across from Manhattan. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, and shops, and transportation is very convenient.
You'll find little square parks, leafy streets with lower rise buildings like brownstones, and many young professionals and young families.
Many of us live here because it's just a short commute into NYC (2 stops on the PATH into downtown Manhattan) and more relaxed residential environment with all the urban amenities.
Food options abound! We're steps away from a wine bar, several cafes, a ramen shop, several bakeries, a creperie, a French bistro, a Cajun seafood restaurant, a bubble tea shop, a burger bar, a gelateria, pizzerias, many New American restaurants, several authentic Chinese restaurants, a great ice cream shop, and more.
All the basics are here as well. Drugstore / pharmacy, grocery stores, a farmer's market from May to December, and even a mall is within walking distance - in case you really need to go shopping!
I'm also excited about the many boutique fitness studios opening up nearby and would be happy to give you recommendations.
Transportation in the Area
The apartment is very accessible by public transportation.
PATH train (Grove St stop) is a few blocks away and runs 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week to downtown and midtown Manhattan.
Buses stop right outside the building, which take you to various areas in New Jersey.
Citibike Bike Share is located just steps away, for those who want to bike around.
Hudson-Bergen Light Rail is a few blocks away, and takes you to other parts of Jersey City, as well as Hoboken, and other areas in NJ.
Uber and Lyft are readily available. If you're bringing a car, street and metered parking are nearby.
About a 20 min drive from Newark Airport (depending on traffic).
