Welcome to Inala Beach House Rye

Inala Beach House is an ideally suited family holiday house and is perfectly located with easy access to Rye beaches, shops and boat ramp.

Inala Street is a peaceful location which is perfect for walking the dog, kids riding bikes or just sitting in the sun or undercover on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet.

The Peninsula Pantry Café is an easy ten minute stroll for a morning coffee and paper.

The house is less than ten years old and is one of the neatest you will find in the area.

With polished floor boards, three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are two queen beds, and a tri bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top.

Separate heating and air conditioning is installed to cope with the variety of weather the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.

The house is child, dog and boat friendly. The yard is secure and easily locked to ensure your best friend will still be there when you return from a day at the beach.

There is plenty of off street parking, accommodating boats up to 5 metres. The Rye boat ramp is a five minute drive and there is also a separate outside freezer for bait and fish.

For the kids chill out time there is a table tennis table, a large TV with a Blu-ray player and Wii.

In all this is the perfect Rye house for access to the activities the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, whilst being peaceful and secluded for those times when you just want to “get away from it all”.

Each bed has a doona, mattress protector and pillows. We do not supply linen.

Dogs are welcome, but outside only.
