This modern property is deigned for holidaymakers desiring the very best of accommodation.

Kitchen with all modern facilities including dishwasher.

Master bedroom with Queen bed, 2nd TV/DVD, ensuite with heating in both.

The 2nd bedroom has double bed with single bed and bunks in 3rd bedroom, both with heating.

High chair available at no cost.

Main bathroom has spa and heater.

Front balcony has spectacular views with BBQ and outdoor setting.

There is a 2nd deck in garden setting and afternoon sun.

Washing machine , dryer and clothes line.

This is a non smoking home.

Please note Victorian long weekends and Melbourne Cup are a min of 3 nights and all other stays are a minimum of 2 night.

This property is not suitable for schoolies and schoolie bookings will not be taken.

A great place to stay in Lorne

From the moment we arrived for our weeks holiday we knew we were going to enjoy staying at the Central Lorne Townhouse. The property was spotlessly clean upon arrival and is in a great location for relaxing, or exploring Lorne and the Great Ocean Road.

With so many restaurants within walking distance we ate out most evenings, but the kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a fabulous roast dinner on Sunday evening.

The bedrooms are a decent size and no one complained about the beds as we all slept soundly. It was the middle of winter, but the heating throughout was more than adequate and the living area was certainly cosy enough when watching DVD's with the kids every night.

The spa bath sadly was wasted on us and having the en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom certainly makes life easy. Both showers were great and hot water was constant throughout.

There is nothing nicer than gazing at the ocean and the views from the living room across the trees out to the bay are delightful. I can only imagine that in the warmer months the balcony at the front becomes an extension to the living room, hopefully we get to pay a return visit when the temperatures climb.

The owner was very helpful and gave some great advice and very clear instructions ensuring our arrival was trouble free. The holiday was so good the kids are already asking when we are returning.

Great spacious place with views of the ocean, close to shops

Wonderful place, spacious living area, beautiful views of the ocean, a one minute walk to the supermarket and the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at, the place is so clean and has everything you need, spa is great, gas woodfire very cozy, highly recommend this place!

Perfect townhouse for a getaway

Great townhouse, views and great location as you can just walk everywhere. We have teenage children, so they rode bikes everyday and we all walked the beaches and walked out for dinner every night.

This accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the spa is fantastic.
