LA CASA SIRENA @ MERMAID is a VOGUE holiday home and part of our luxury holiday homes portfolio offering you personalised and friendly service from managers Raelean and Brian.

La Casa Sirena is a stunning luxury beach-side home located 100m from the beautiful Mermaid Beach. This home has been cleverly designed with 3 levels of spacious open plan living. This property is complemented by a beautiful kitchen with caesar stone bench tops, 4 generous bedrooms, 3 stylish bathrooms, air conditioning, large alfresco areas with ocean views, two separate living rooms on different levels and a double garage. With the ocean being so close to La Casa Sirena you can sleep to the gentle sound of the lapping waves in the background.

For year round swimming La Casa Sirena has a fully heated swimming pool (up to 27 degrees celcius) complete with heated outdoor shower. To make your beach holiday even more fun we also include complementary surfboards and boogie boards for your enjoyment.

La Casa Sirena is superbly located adjacent to the famous "Hedges Avenue" which houses multi million dollar properties. La Casa Sirena is only a few seconds walk to Mermaid Beach which is patrolled and flagged for safe swimming.

The Gold Coast Theme Parks are only a short 20 minute drive from the property.

This beautiful home really does provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday which will give you and your family wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION

Bedroom 1 – 1 x King bed with a large ensuite and a walk in robe (level 2)

Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen bed with ocean view (level 3)

Bedroom 3 – 1 x King bed or 2 x long singles if requested (level 3)

Bedroom 4 – 2 x Bunk beds which sleeps 4 (level 1)

There is also a queen sofa bed available in the downstairs lounge room upon request (extra charge applies)

Please inform us at time of booking if you require changes to be made to the configuration and/or you require the use of a fold out bed. Changes made within 7 days of your arrival may result in additional charges.

Booking Information

EXCLUSIVE & PRIVATE

La Casa Sirena is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and we have very nice neighbours and only take guests who agree to respect them and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, La Casa Sirena has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy.

We DO NOT allow for Hens, Bucks and/or adult entertainment. If in the event you or your guests host a function of this nature on the property at any time it will result in instant eviction by our security company. No refunds will be given.

We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together.

We do not accept bookings from schoolies or large groups of young singles.

Minimum stay is 5 nights unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-4 night booking.

For the Christmas season between the 20/12 - 5/01 there is a 7 night minimum.

Tariff is based on an average 8 person adult stay with a 5 night minimum. (additional guests are $25.00 per person per night).

Children 5 years and under stay FREE.

There is a standard linen and cleaning fee of $395.00 and a booking fee of $77.00.

A security bond is required and payable by credit card.

LOCATION

La Casa Sirena is in a fantastic location being only a stones throw to the beautiful Mermaid Beach. It is also only one block from the Mermaid Surf Club and it is a short 15 minute walk up to Broadbeach and the restaurant precinct.

Situated only 2 minutes south of Broadbeach and Jupiters Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping and Broadbeach’s fabulous restaurant strip where you can experience the exploding new food scene on the Gold Coast. A short walk to the end of the street and you’ll find all the popular new venues like Bonita Bonita, Glenelg Public House, Itoshin, Etsu Izakaya, Alfred’s Diner, Bam Bam Bakehouse, Cafe on Hedges, and our favourite coffee venue All Time. Of course there is still the family favourites like the Mermaid Beach Surf Club, Sizzler, Putt Putt Golf and the Mermaid Tavern all within a short walk.

Mermiad Beach lets you enjoy all the excitement of the Gold Coast with the theme parks on the Gold Coast corridor only 25 minutes drive north and a choice of 13 international golf courses and additional public courses in the vicinity.

- Pacific Fair is the Gold Coasts premiere shopping mall with 420 specially shops. It is a 5 minute drive from the house.

- The Gold Coast is a one hour flight from Sydney and a two hour flight from Melbourne.

- It is a 60 minute drive from the Brisbane International Airport to the house. (trains or shuttle bus are available.)

- Coolangatta Airport is a 20 minute drive to the house.

- Taxis, buses and limousines are also available at Coolangatta Airport.

- Nerang Rail Station is a 15 minute drive by car or taxi to the house and buses and taxis are also available.
