About the property

This holiday house is one of a kind, with freshly laid tiles throughout our home for a fresh feeling. With an open living kitchen and lounge room. - Contains 3 spacious bedrooms.

The main bedroom - Contains a queen size bed with own TV, its own walk in robe with large hanging space and storage area, en-suit with large shower and toilet.

2nd bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk above and another single bed (Sleeps 4).

3rd bedroom contains two single beds (Sleeps up to 2). Also has portacot for your use.

2nd Bathroom contains a shower and bathtub with a separate toilet for your convenience.

Kitchen - Contains a dinner table to seat up to 6(although larger outdoor table). Fully contained kitchen with Oven, Cook top, Microwave, Large fridge with freezer and a wonderful dishwasher. All cutlery, pots and pans available for use for guests.

The lounge room consist of 3 couches, 2 x two seaters and 1 single seat. The lounge room is a spacious area with a large 40" TV and DVD player and small sound system to watch your movies and tv shows in peace. The lounge room also has a small business area that allows you to plug in laptops or computers to do your business.

Laundry - Top loader washing machine for your convenience of longer stays in our holiday house. With an outdoor washing line. Also for the convenience of your stay if needed is a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop and bucket.

Backyard -A large fenced backyard for the safety of young children contains a large outdoor timber table made by the owner seats up to 8 people - Large grassed area for the kids to play in. Also for the private use of our guests in our own outdoor BBQ.

Also with this unit you are entitled to the use of the double undercover carport.

Within the 10 units at this holiday park - For all to use is the outdoor heater pool which is fenced for the safety of children. Also for the entertainment of your children in the park is a shared playground and sandpit.

**Please note there is no pets allowed in this unit**
