Avoid this place and find a better place to stay

I was deeply disappointed in this place (6C). The owner refuses to make necessary repairs and the maintenance staff requests that you pay them directly when it's not the guest's responsibility. Also your deposit will not be refunded in cash as described, they will issue it to you in gcash which is useless if you don't live in the Philippines and it will be delayed even though they agreed to show up to meet you and then wait an hour or more to tell you they won't be there. I am forced to file a complaint with my credit card company because this listing is not habitable.

Satisfied costumer

Very clean and comfortable place to stay it has everything we needed for a couple days that we were there.The caretaker was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very late(1am) check in and he was there to help us. We’ll be back to stay there again.
