Recently refurbished, this gorgeous town house offers a comfortable open plan layout with modern furniture and appliances. Perfect house for a relaxed getaway.


Single car garage and another off street car space in front of the garage which is located around the side of the property.

Main living area: Comfortable modern leather lounge setting with ottoman. Large 55 inch wall mounted TV with Blue ray DVD player, bluetooth stereo/CD player. Modern 8 seat dining table. Large split system airconditioner, wall mounted heater, ceiling fan.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with modern equipment, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, pantry. Basic condiments provided, eg coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper.

Laundry: Washing machine and dryer.

Master Bedroom : 1 Queen size bed, built in Wardrobe, 42 inch wall mounted TV. Wall mounted heater. Ensuite access to large bathroom (shared) with separate bath and shower.

Second Bedroom : 1 Queen size bed, built in wardrobe. Wall mounted heater.

Third Bedroom : 2 x single bunk beds (4 beds in total). Chest of draws. Moveable column heater on wheels.

Both 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms have hall way access to main bathroom.


No bed linen provided ie sheets or pillow cases.

No towels (bathroom or beach) provided.

Covered Doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided.

Full linen packs are available on request and will be supplied by Phillip Island Linen Company. (extra charge).


High chair & porta cot are available for your use at no extra cost.


Please - Pick up your dog's poo.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.


Calendar & Pricing

Please note: the minimum cost for a two night stay (even during low season) throughout the year is $500.

The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.

Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100% accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.

Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be re-booked.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was great for us, our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren. The location was great for the beach, the park and the shops. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would certainly recommend it. Thank you.

comfortable villa

There was no BBQ which would off been okay if we would of know before we brought a lot of food for it! The house otherwise was great. Beds were comfortable and we also used the service to get the linen, which was worth it.

Owner's Response: Hi Carmen, Thank you for your feedback. The BBQ is in the garage. We are sorry that you did not see it. It used to be in the courtyard but recently the cover and spare gas bottle went missing so it is now kept in the garage. It can be wheeled out into the courtyard for use.

Beautiful property with a fantastic location.

What a beautiful property! Our family spent the weekend here and although the weather was cool, we had a great time. The property had PlayStation 3 with some games, many DVDs and bluray movies and was a very clean and beautifully furnished unit. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk to the Main Street, a short walk to the beach and few doors away from the footy oval and tennis courts. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Property /Perfect Location

What a great property in a perfect location. The house /unit was spacious and well designed for all of us.4 adults/ one 9 year child and a small dog. The location was PERFECT !! Close to town and the beach The beds were comfortable and the decor was lovely. Our grandson loved the bunks in his roomy bedroom. Extras you might need were provided such as...detergent, wash powder, pegs, plastic wrap, aluminium foil, sugar, salt ..bin liners, tea towels etc. There were movies for the DVD player and games for the PlayStation to keep our grandson busy. A lovely green outdoor grassed area to enjoy sitting outside and for the dog to wander around in. The unit/house had air conditioning making the hot days very comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to the main street made our daily walks very enjoyable.The dog had a dog flap to get in and out of the garage to the yard. All these things made our stay FANTASTIC. We had such a great holiday. We would book again in an instant. We had a great family week ..going to penguins..hotrods show ...bowling..Amaze N things. JUST LOVED IT !!
