It is a 5-10 minute walk to Melbourne's famous sporting and entertainment precinct including the MCG and Rod Laver Arena. Here you can watch an Australian Rules Football game, cricket match, the Australian Tennis Open or a music concert.

Walk to the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens or Botanical Gardens, and enjoy multiple children's playgrounds in the area.

Walk to all conveniences such as supermarkets, banks, post office and liquor stores

Walk or catch a train/tram into the City Centre

Walk to Victoria street, renowned for its delicious Asian cuisine.

Catch a tram along Victoria street to the Queen Victoria Market.

There is easy access to golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, St. Kilda beach and Luna Park, the Melbourne Zoo and the Spring Racing Carnival.

The stylish, modern cottage with a brand new kitchen and bathroom is maintained to an immaculate standard, complemented by beautiful furnishings and luxury linen and towels. The cottage is professionally cleaned between stays, and all linen is professionally laundered.

The cottage boasts open plan living/ dining/kitchen area, which opens out onto a peaceful courtyard with a BBQ, outdoor setting and parking space. Character and quality

  • 5 of 5

We loved the ambience of this house, and it was extremely well set-up and comfortable. We were so close to good cafes and city trams and trains but without city noise. We definitely plan on staying next time we visit Melbourne!

Fantastic location, short walk to Bridge Road for great shopping and food. The tram takes you directly into the city from Bridge Road or the train is at your doorstep. Celia was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating, with early check in and late check out. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Melbourne.

Great place to stay for a family or group

  • 5 of 5

Great location with a lovely courtyard for outside dining. Close to the station, but still quiet. We easily fit seven including three adults, two big teenagers and two children. The kitchen allowed us to cater for the group easily and there is a lovely pub on the other side of the train tracks with possums in the beer garden.

Any needs were dealt with promptly - I couldn't fault the service we received from Celia.

Cosy house

  • 5 of 5

Lots of rooms for a big group of us. Overall, great stay in this cosy clean environment. The only downside was the wifi not able to be access in all areas in the house. Highly recommended!
