Great location!

Innaloo is bounded by Karrinyup Road to the north, Huntriss Road to the west, Scarborough Beach Road to the south and Mitchell Freeway and the future line of Stephenson Avenue to the east. The majority of the suburb is residential, apart from the shopping areas in the south-east, several small parks and an undeveloped portion to the east of Ellen Stirling Boulevard. Some of the undeveloped area next to Stirling station has been developed as a commercial area centered around a new IKEA store. Fantastic not having to cross the freeway to get to the beach and being able to cycle to the coast. Being so close to the city means most of the residents are professionals and workers. Shopping is great with Gwelup and Morris Place shopping centres close for all the everyday conveniences and Karrinyup Shopping Centre (Myer/David Jones/Woolworth's/Big W) and Innaloo Westfield Shopping Centre (K-mart/Target/Coles) Both the latter also have many specialty stores.

Excellent access to transport

Public transport is also fantastic. Innaloo is served by bus links to Stirling train station on the Joondalup Line, including the 410, 411, 412, 421, 426 and the 98/99 CircleRoute, and the 423 and 425 along the Karrinyup Road boundary. Additionally, the 400 and 408 services link Scarborough and the Glendalough railway station along Innaloo's southern boundary. Innaloo's location next to the rail line makes it one of the best served areas for public transport in Perth.

Excellent Property with great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable for us with 7 adults and 1 toddler. The house is very clean and are fully equip with all the amenities we need for an enjoyable stay. Our friendly host, John even came over to say Hi and make sure everything is ok for us. Will def recommend this property to everyone if you are looking for a excellent stay with a great price!

Perfect for us

A great, central property: we were a couple, 3 kids, & grandma, so the layout suited us. Very central to easily access most locations in Perth. It had everything we needed.

Beautiful home!!

The house was better then what we had imagine!! It was new with modern amenities, comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Location is perfect, walking distance to Karrinyup Mall (1.6km) and Westfield Mall (2.2km) and Perth CBD is only about 10 minutes drive away

excellent propertry

Really enjoyed our stay at the Frangipani Villa very clean and well presented. On a nice quiet street close to all amenities. John was very friendly and accommodating will be staying on my next visit to Perth. Highly recommend

John and Sandy, the owners are both semi retired. Sandy still does 2 shifts a week as a midwife nurse. John, a retired plumber only works 1 or 2 days a month. This gives them both plenty of time to tend to their 3 villas all at Innaloo and be available to their guests. The other villas are:

This house and the other 2 on the big property are our babies, we love them and love to bless our guests by offering our best possible accommodation. It was on this block of land that Sandy brought up her 2 daughters in the old house that we demolished to build our 3 beautiful villas
