The main bedroom contains a queen bed and TV and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a private en-suite with a basin, shower and toilet and the second bedroom has a bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet. There is also a laundry recess with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Both bathrooms have hair dryers and soap, shampoo, and shower gel will be left for your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Tea coffee and sugar will be provided for the beginning of your stay.
Guests have access to a 29th floor where there is a rooftop pool, gym and a terrace with amazing views of Perth and over to Rottnest. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights etc. The gym overlooks the Swan River. The gym is open until around 11pm and the pool until sunset.
The apartment is very secure with controlled access to the lobby, apartment floors, pool/gym and parking area.

A fully refundable $300 security bond is required, preferably by bank deposit, however if this is not convenient you can request to pay in cash and can be paid in your local currency.
Long term rentals can be requested.
Check in time is not before 2:00 pm and no later than 7:00 pm (unless organised in advance).
Check out time is 10:00 am. A late check-out is available but may incur a fee and is subject to availability.
